I bought a female AKC Chihuahua from Felicia H***** and I did so on the terms I would get full AKC. However she didn't have the papers readily available when I purchased her and I put full trust in her that she would give me those papers when they came in. Instead she told me I could zelle her the 500 remaining for the papers that she had them and would text me the paper once funds were received. I sent the money immediately but my band blocked it suspecting it of fraud on Felicia's end. I am assuming she's had this problem before. So I then told her my bank refused to send her the money and she said thats happened before it's no big deal. So I told her after that I would feel comfortable meeting in person like we did to purchase the puppy and then she started ghosting me. She then told me she didn't have the litter registred yet and she would have to locate papers before we were good to go. I was in shock becase she was ready to accept my money when she knew she didn't have the paper and now she's avoiding me becase she doesn't have them. So I told her I would sue and contact AKC and report her if she didn't give up the papers because even though the pup is a pet and I love her I bought her with the intentions of having full AKC with her. This was on a Tuesday she said she would meet me Friday when Thursday got here she sent a long text stating how she had been bullied and was very defensive for no reason. She then went on to say we bought her and she's not offering any papers and we are stuck with her as a pet or the $2,500.00 we paid for her. One of my concerns and questions before I bought her was her weight she said she would be 5-6 pounds. She's 8 months old right now and weighs 8 pounds. That isn't even to an AKC standard. So at this point she has totally scammed me and I am in the process of suing her.
