I bought a female AKC Chihuahua from Felicia H***** and I did so on the terms I would get full AKC. However she didn't have the papers readily available when I purchased her and I put full trust in her that she would give me those papers when they came in. Instead she told me I could zelle her the 500 remaining for the papers that she had them and would text me the paper once funds were received. I sent the money immediately but my band blocked it suspecting it of fraud on Felicia's end. I am assuming she's had this problem before. So I then told her my bank refused to send her the money and she said thats happened before it's no big deal. So I told her after that I would feel comfortable meeting in person like we did to purchase the puppy and then she started ghosting me. She then told me she didn't have the litter registred yet and she would have to locate papers before we were good to go. I was in shock becase she was ready to accept my money when she knew she didn't have the paper and now she's avoiding me becase she doesn't have them. So I told her I would sue and contact AKC and report her if she didn't give up the papers because even though the pup is a pet and I love her I bought her with the intentions of having full AKC with her. This was on a Tuesday she said she would meet me Friday when Thursday got here she sent a long text stating how she had been bullied and was very defensive for no reason. She then went on to say we bought her and she's not offering any papers and we are stuck with her as a pet or the $2,500.00 we paid for her. One of my concerns and questions before I bought her was her weight she said she would be 5-6 pounds. She's 8 months old right now and weighs 8 pounds. That isn't even to an AKC standard. So at this point she has totally scammed me and I am in the process of suing her. I saw some people were looking for her & I have her true contact info like address if you need to sue her too. email me at *****************

    To whom it may concern:
****** chose not to purchase breeding rights at the time she was buying her puppy. ****** was informed that the father to the puppy had recently been imported from Thailand, the transfer paperwork and DNA were in process. Per my contract that she signed, THE BREEDER HAS 90 DAYS TO PROVIDE PUPPY PAPERWORK ON ALL PUPPIES THAT PAPERWORK IS BEING OFFERED. IN SOME CASES, THIS COULD POTENTIALLY TAKE A LITTLE LONGER. Paperwork is not provided until full AKC is purchased or on pet puppies until after spaying or neutering. Once I had completed the father’s transfer and DNA, she told me to take my time as she would need 8-10 weeks to come up with the $500 to buy the breeding rights. Less than four weeks later, she contacted me, wanting to buy the breeding rights. I told her she could send the money electronically and that I would send the paperwork through text. This would save time and she would get them the same day or less than 24 hours. Her bank not letting her send the money is not due to being a scam. It is common that some banks stop payments out of caution. She then wanted to meet in person. I told her I would not be able to meet until the following week. I also told her I needed to double-check to see if I had registered the litter. I had been very busy and all I wanted to do was confirm we were set before meeting. I am unsure why this would shock her. Despite me telling her I had a jam-packed weekend she continued to text me throughout the weekend from five different numbers! She messaged on Monday, but we do not always have good service, and I did not receive the message. She contacted me again Tuesday, only this time, giving me a short 30 minutes to respond before going off on me. She started threatening me, calling me a scam, complaining about the puppy, and putting my dogs and me down. She kept saying I didn’t have the paperwork, so I sent her a picture of the papers with the numbers marked out. Showing her the documents did not even satisfy her. She continued to be ugly toward me. After much thought, I decided I did not want to work with her moving forward. Why would you want full AKC on a dog you say doesn’t look purebred and is too big? My contract states that it is an estimated adult weight and I do not guarantee adult weights. The following day I spoke to a few fellow breeders to get advice and called AKC. AKC stated that since she had not purchased full AKC, I did not have to sell it to her. She bought her puppy at a PET price. If she had paid for the full AKC already, she would have her paperwork. If she had not bullied me and spoken to me the way she did, I would have agreed to sell them to her. In over 12 years, I have only had a handful of people not happy. It usually is from not getting what they want. She did not buy full AKC, and if you read all her posts, she even says she needed to pay for them while at the same time saying I scammed her for something she didn’t buy yet. You will never make everyone happy. For someone to go out and do what she is doing and speak to someone they way she did, says a lot. To publicly put out there that she would give anyone my personal information, which she claims she has, is NOT someone I want to work with, and I don’t recommend anyone else does either. I am glad I did not sell her full AKC. You cannot sue someone for something you never bought. Best of luck to her and anyone she deals with in the future.
