As I write this review, I am in a new apartment after having basically been forced to live under constant fear with Sandy's predatory tactics, law violating eviction threats, and having a 5k security deposit stolen over a non visable crack in a tub that was not caused by me and is somehow the root of 5k in water damages. She inflated the invoice of the water restoration, charged for a second water restoration company that has no record of service dates, and added it all on a ledger where the math was not even correct. I am now in the court process trying to reclaim the stolen funds and next will be a criminal case to help folks like yourself avoid the torment and complete lack of empathy and care on the side of Sea Turtle Properties. Thet will steal, they will threaten eviction, and I am happy to share documentation with anyone considering renting or buying that is reading this review. Sandy will likely rebuttal without facts and completely emotionally but don't let that deter you from truth and protecting your family and assets

TL/DR: Sea Turtle Properties, LLC is a company ran by unprofessional people who make vague statements, rush you into paying application fees without all information, email about work at odd hours, screen their work phone calls, make excuses for avoiding potential clients, missing appointments they established, and not responding to emails in the hope that the problem will disappear. I am regrettably rating this company at 1 star. My wife and I were moving to the area and a realtor not associated with Sea Turtle Properties, LLC (STP) showed us a property represented by STP. It was a beautiful house, perfect for what we were looking for & were told to apply by our realtor, submitted the $75 application. STP contacted me the next day via phone and she started asking me questions about my living situation: how many people in the house, what pets we owned, when we wanted to move in. All of which we answered immediately: my wife and I, our two non-aggressive 35lb dogs, we would like to move on the 1st. Two days later, I received a call from the same lady informing me that my wife had to submit her own separate application, another $75. I asked why the second application was necessary, I was told that is how it is. When I inquired as to whether there were other applicants, I was told "yes, but they applied an hour after you did and it is first come first serve, so if your wife puts in her application…" basically hurry up and get your wife's application in. Another $75 and my wife and I believe we were set. The next day the lady again asked me if I had pets at about 2200 at night, and I wasn't expecting email from STP well after business hours. At 0028, she sent a link to submit pet applications. I started filling out the applications for our pets, but didn't want to wake my wife up in the middle of the night to complete the two applications, each of which were another $20 per pet, which wasn't relayed to me until prompted by the application to pay.
