    We've been using Aire Serve for our HVAC maintenance and installation since 2021 when we moved to Sumter. We have always found them to be professional, conscientious, and dependable. We have a duplex with two HVAC systems that we regulalry maintain via Aire Serve's maintenance plan which we recommend. We especially want to commend Zack who has serviced both units. He is dedicated to providing excellent timely service and giving you the information needed to make wise decisions regarding your system needs. Ben is great for installations and we give them both 5*s. Definitely ask for Zack for your service needs. He is just fantastic. These employees give the company it's good value.

    Zack was a great help. Very friendly, took the time to come back out and do a deep dive of duct work and to look at the driving issues behind why our house was not cooling down during these brutal months. He used thermal imaging to spot and detect where most the heat was coming into the house, and where we were having leaks in our duct work.
