Do not recommend this company. We had new vinyl flooring and a new kitchen installed. At the onset, we were told that they would move all the furniture except some boxes. As we are elderly, we had to move everything throughout the entire house except the washer and dryer. Instead of ordering the flooring and having it delivered, they picked up 20 boxes at a time. Midway through, we were told the price went up so we had to pay $1623.00 more than our agreed contract. When we asked for receipts, we were told he doesn't keep receipts. They took a wall out in the kitchen and was told they'd fix the ceiling and we'd never know there was a wall there. It was never fixed and we were accused of taking a nail and poking holes in the ceiling. When the countertops were installed, they assured us we would not even see the seam, but they did a shoddy job gluing the L shaped seam, so now we have a rough surface and a gap. When they varnised the cabinets, no drop cloth was used so now we have varnish stains on several areas of the new flooring. they tried cleaning it off, but to no avail. The cabinets all have gaps between the doors. We pointed out all these issues, but were told there is nothing they can do about them. There was a delay in the countertop delivery and we were without a kitchen for 6 weeks. We asked for a temporary hook up. They told us it could be done, but it never happened. Because of the countertop delay, they left after week 4, with several issues unresolved, to start another job. They didn't return for another 4 weeks. There are more complaints, but too many to list. All looks beautiful from a distance, but don't get close! Their attention to detail has a lot to be desired. Now, at our expense and time, we have to finish some detail work and fix their mistakes that they left. I feel this company does not take any pride in their work and do shoddy work.

When the project had started, it was stated that Tri County Home Renovations L.L.C wasn't a moving company. We would help them out by moving some things around but they were responsible for the main bolk of moving.
After starting the project, everything was ordered on time, however there was a delay in receiving the counter tops. There was a few weeks gap in between the receiving the counter tops.
The cabinets that the customer purchased were double door cabinets and when the doors where closed, it has a small gap between doors for closing. We offered to come back and install separate pieces of wood to the cabinets to close off behind the door closings and at this time the customer didn't want to wait.
There was a difference where the counter tops come together that didn't fit exactly and we have reach out to try and make it right with the homeowners, however they are not returning any messages or calls.
We have discounted the project and have given the homeowners much material without charging trying to make them 100% happy, it just isn't working.
We apologize for any inconvenience or damages that may have acured during the project and have tried reaching out to correct.
