If I could give 0 stars I would. This business is so unprofessional. I'm not sure how they stay in business. We are still waiting on 2022 taxes. They seem to have lost our file, after making changes that we didn't allow. They can't even seem to print off a simple 1099. If you want a response don't waste your time. They don't respond to emails, phone calls and they blow you off when you stop in the office. What we used to think of as a great family run business has seemed to turn into a very shady business in a matter of years.Review from Robert F

We hired this business to prepare our personal 2020 taxes and prepare 1099 & send out to our employees. The gentleman that we were working with refused to return phone my calls, emails, voicemail over several months. I made several trips to his office & he was never in the office.We paid our bill in full last year & fired this business. We also hired this business to take care of our taxes from our business & he did nothing which caused us to be fined. 11 months later we received a bill from them which I had already paid by check. I called and spoke with the receptionist & she asked me to get a copy of the check we wrote because they now have new employees. I informed her that I wasn't going to waste my time & they need to look through their records. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

We received their information for the 2020 tax return in January of 2022. The tax return was 8 months late at that point. We filed the tax return on 1/17/22 and they owed money on that return and therefore a penalty would be owed on top of that for late payment and late filing. Their 2021 tax information along with a year's worth of bookkeeping work to be done was dropped off a week before the April 18th deadline. They were notified that the return would not be finished until after the April 18th deadline and an extension was filed which gave them until 10/17/22 to file. At the time this information was dropped off, the 1099's and W-2's they wanted sent out were already late. They had not paid in any quarterly estimate payments throughout the 2021 tax year and the taxes are supposed to be paid as income is made. They picked up their tax information on 05/12/22. Yes, we did make a mistake for sending out another bill for a bill that was previously paid, but we have corrected that mistake. That bill was for the tax return filed on 1/17/22 and was not paid until May of 2022.
