According to USPS tracking, the package was delivered on April 29, and we sent three follow-up emails with shipping and delivery updates to keep you informed. (We also have images confirming package delivery and email confirmations.)
    We did not receive any communication from you about a missing package prior to your online complaint, but we noticed that you filed a chargeback with your bank, and that refund has already been processed.

    I think Barton publishing is a scam. Everything they try to sell you to lower your blood sugar I found on Amazon Way a cheaper. I'm not sure if it works.

    I have type 2 diabetes & have been taking Joe Barton’s CinnaChroma as instructed for 90 days. There has been absolutely no lowering of my Blood Sugar level m, as they advertised there would be. I have attempted to contact them for a refund without success…

    Hello,
    I absolutely agree with what Jeffery W wrote -- "They are scammers! They sent me a verified email to verify my order and I declined because I found their diabetes pills on Amazon for much cheaper. They target people trying to get well and it’s just wrong. I will be going to bank and disputing the charges"
    In my very recent experience, I only authorized / selected the purchase of their eBook .I expected a charge of $19.97 -- I was flabbergasted when I accessed my AMX online account and saw a total of (almost $300.00).
    I was charged @234.00 for a 6-month supply of supplements THAT I DID NOT REQUEST.
    i emailed the company, then followed up with a telephone call to inform them to NOT send me the supplements -- I also contacted AMX.
    The eBook presented some helpful information, but there are a lot of redundancies.

    Be very careful when ordering vitamins from Barton Publishing. My wife and I made the mistake of entrusting them with our health when we spent over $2,000 buying vitamins from them.

    None of the vitamins they sent us had any positive effect on our health. In fact, for all we know, it might have negative effects on our health. We just don’t know, yet.

    The order was placed in my name. But, it was “our”money, hers and mine, that paid for the two orders that, together, comprised the over $2,000 we spent.

    When we placed said order on October 5, 2023, we were told that we had until the same date a year from now to return the vitamins, if they didn’t work for us.

    But, when we called up, today, October 3, 2024, to authorize a return, we were then told that we had until October 4, 2024, which is not what we were told when we originally placed the order.

    And, for the record, we keep very good notes on all calls we place where we order stuff. If we're spending money, we're taking written notes.

    The agent we spoke to today called us a liar. So, that's defamation. I will be calling my Legalshield attorney about this, tomorrow.

    And, then, he hung up on us, probably because he realized that he broke civil law. Too bad for him, that won't negate his liability.

    Nor will Barton Publishings responsibility for telling us one thing before they took our money and then another thing when we tried to get our money back because they sold us an empty promise of improved health. Our only fault was in trusting them. Never again. Buyer beware!

    Regarding your order, our 365-day money-back guarantee begins on the date of purchase, which was October 5, 2023, and expired on October 4, 2024 . We regret that the products did not meet your expectations, and we understand your disappointment. But the guarantee has expired. As stated in our policy online, the guarantee is for 365 days—not 366 days. Additionally, our health coach would never provide misinformation about the duration of the generous guarantee.

    If there were issues with the supplements, our health coach was available during that time to provide guidance and support.

    My 83 year old Mom had a case of some kind of product sent to her in Canada from Barton Publishing. She did NOT request any product of any kind from this company. On the paperwork that came with this case it said the cost was over $400.00 US. Once it was calculated in Canadian dollars it amounted to over $700.00. However, the paper work also said it was FREE. Her credit card statement shows a transaction of over $700.00 to Barton. My Mother is on a fixed income and would/could never make this kind of purchase. She would also never make this kind of purchase as she is a cancer patient undergoing treatment and she knows that she would need to discuss any product like this with her oncologist. This company has made my Mother's life even more difficult because of all this money going out. For her to return this case of product to the company would cost her a great deal, so she won't be doing that. She hasn't opened the box so as to leave it in tact. She doesn't want or need this product. We would really like to know how her credit card was obtained by this awful company that tries to fraud the sick and elderly. FOR SHAME

    I attempted to make a purchase of less than 20$. They attempted to hit my credit card for over 200$. My card company caught it and denied the payment. I researched the company after I was notified and found that they are very poorly rated and practice unethical business practices.

    I choose "no thank you". As well as multiple other customers did and were done the same way, per the reviews on here. Also my card was not declined due to insufficient funds. My card company notified me they had denied it because it was suspicious. Wanted me to verify the purchase. When I told them no, they cancelled that card, and sent me a new one. So if you received an insufficient funds denial it was probably because you tried to run it again.

    I ordered the online information on Lowering Blood Pressure. Couldn't get it to work. So , I ordered the physical book and 3 bottles of their Turmeric BP that's supposed to be a MIRACLE $135.00. By the time I got the mail order, I didn't need any of it. I had already lowered my BP by 40 points. Now they demand that I return them for a refund. By the time I pay a taxi cab $20 to the post office $20 back home and the postage to send everything back to them where the tracking number I might get my money back and I might not some just marking it up to stupidity on my part. I will just take the capsules and put the book in the trash I'm 76 years old this is too much. But I know one thing I will never order anything from them again!!
