It's a SCAM!!! Purchased April 2024, received item and although Innovative said it will not void warranty, Toyota said that it would. Didn't even open package. They would not respond to requests to return item, no phone number listed only email and chat. Finally they responded telling me they have 100% money back guarantee but in each response they would not give up address or info on how to send item back. Seriously, there must have been 10 emails begging for info on how to return but they would not answer question, only YES you can return!! Long emails with non-sense in them but no direct answer. Finally we received info on how to return, followed all directions and had signature confirmation that return was received. Never received refund. Thankfully I contacted my credit card and filed a dispute, which Innovative responded to showing package was delivered to me, nothing about refunding. I had to forward all documentation to credit card with signature confirmation for them to refund me. This took 3 months. Filed dispute with BBB and Innovative never responded. Save time and either just don't purchase OR keep all documents in regards to return and just file dispute with credit card company and let them deal with it.
