      I had a really disappointing experience with this company. I tried their POS chip, and it caused my check engine light to turn on and made my 2019 Scat Pack Wide Body rev unexpectedly at a traffic light. Shortly after, the throttle body system warning light came on. I’ve never had any problems until I used their chip. They advertise a 100% satisfaction guarantee within 30 days, but two weeks after installation, I started having issues. I reached out through their website, but they don't provide any tracking for messages, so there’s no way to prove I contacted them. Plus, there's no phone number available for customer support. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, but they claimed I didn’t reach out within the 30-day window, which isn’t true. In my opinion, this company is not trustworthy. Additionally, I found over 12 complaints on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website regarding similar issues. Consider this a warning: Save your money and avoid the frustration.

      I purchased two of these one for a Nissan and one for GMC I was doing some research and these do not monitor the AFR which I was believed or I believed they were supposed to All these do is send a signal that resist and do not protect engine in any way shape or form in case of any malfunction I never installed these I've messaged the company four times now trying to get anybody to respond to a return nobody will respond I'm trying to return these items in new in package never one was opened red instructions never installed put back into package each one of these is $120 each I would like to return them they say they have a return policy 30 days money back guaranteed but cannot get a hold of anybody to find out their return process or get an RMA number to ship these back

      I purchased a tuning chip from this company and paid $100 for the chip. The advertised that the chip could be returned for any reason anytime. I read articles that stated that this chip should not be used on my vehicle because the way that it’s attached to the vehicle could cause permanent damage to the engine so I requested a return authorization 3 times on their website email form and the refused to respond. I did send one to their technical support department also.

      Purchased a performance chip which the company said it would not void manufacturer warranty which I found to be false. I was told via email that it was 100% return policy. I never even opened the box. I sent item back may 9th with signature confirmation. It was signed for on May 15. They will not respond to emails and phone number is non working number. Reading reviews it looks like this might be a scam.

      The company has not complied with their return policy. I sent back two units as per the instructions given. Two units sent back by signature required with tracking number ***** ******** Order numbers **** *** ***** My new vehicles under warranty. The manufacturer suggested not to install so they were returned unused after several attempts by them to have me keep them. I still have not received my refund any now they refuse to answer my msgs after sending the tracking information.

      Purchased Sat, Mar 23 Cost $99.95 Received Mar 28 The company will not respond. I want a full refund, I have found out that what they claimed to be a chip is nothing more than a .75-cent resistor. Also, it will damage my car.

      I HAVE ATTACHED THE SCREENSHOT TAKEN FROM THE USPS WEBSITE CONFIRMING THAT THE PACKAGE THAT I RETURNED WAS DELIVERED TO THEM ON MARCH 18, 2024 AT 09:50AM. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND OR ANY CORRESPONDENCE FROM THEM REGARDING MY REFUND.

      I purchased a performance chip for my car, but the instillation process required cutting into computer wiring, which I was unwilling to do. The seller advertises 100 %, no questions ask, return policy. I returned the product, unused, to ***** **** *** Temecula, CA. 92591. USPS tracking shows they received my return on 12-14-2023. I have heard nothing from the company and received no refund for order # 4788 I have tried calling the company at **** ********, but only received a recording that the voice mailbox was full. I tried to "Chat" with their website but got no response. Please help me get my money back. Thank you, ******* *******
