1 starBased off of their loan website, "mybackwallet.com." Reps are rude when you call and don't want to help. Will tell you that you have been declined based on an application from months ago, instead of letting you actually apply again. The reason they give for the decline will also be a reason that is incorrect. I probably dodged a bullet anyway.Review fromElizabeth C.

1 starI was sent to this “finance company” to be approved for a possible $750 loan. I stopped the process when I saw they charge 673.23% APR!!!! Is this even legal??? I know I wouldn't qualify for low interest rates like 6-7%, was expecting around 30-35% maybe, but wanting to charge me over $1,200 (673.23%) in interest on only a $750 loan is absurd!! They want me to pay $429 every two weeks despite my income only being $1226 a month! No way could I afford this and stopped the process. The interest rates alone is nearly double the loan amount. Is this even legal?Review fromElizabeth L

1 starNational Nation Loans is a scam. I wish I never used them for a quick loan, which I think was per a third party because I received a text that money would be depostited in my account and I never approved it. Neither here or there, I accepted the money because I was in financial distress. The interest rate is very high and they keep trying to take money from my account every week when I clearly stated that I get paid bi-weekly. Please never accept a loan from them as they're a ripoff.Review fromJeni B.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT provide them with your personal information including your social security digits or date of birth. What they are attempting to do is illegal and fraudulent. First, file a stolen identity report with the FTC (because they did in essence steal your identity by applying for and agreeing to a loan with YOUR stolen information: your name, bank account, email, etc.). They will claim they cannot help you without your social security or date of birth, but that is probably because THEY PROBABLY DO NOT HAVE IT! And will use it to generate a fake loan document, which is illegal and fraudulent. Again, National Nation Loans are the ones stealing your identity to secure a loan that you DID not authorize. Send them the identity theft report and demand that they cease any attempts to collect on the balance, cease communications, and close this account. Also, tell them that, as provided by law, you do NOT need to provide them with personal information (the last four digits of your social and your date of birth) but can provide instead your name, address, and phone number. They will respond that they need your personal information to help you. THIS IS A LIE. Continue to send them messages with the identity theft report attached and: 1) demand that they cease any attempts to collect on the balance, cease communications, and close this account, and 2) as provided by law, you do NOT need to provide them with personal information (the last four digits of your social and your date of birth) but can provide instead your name, address, and phone number. CONTINUE TO DO THIS. SEND THEM MULTIPLE EMAILS. And then they will finally send your request to "management". This is a company stealing the identities of multiple people to commit FRAUD. To be continued...Wakpamni Lake Community Corporation

Dear Jeni B*******, Thank you for reaching out to National Nation Loans with your concerns. You have claimed that you did not apply for a loan with National Nation Loans. We understand that you may not recall having applied with us. Please be aware that we work with a number of marketing lead generators and it is very likely that you applied for a loan through the website of one of our affiliates and partners. During the application process, the lead generator notifies the applicant that they are not a lender and gains consent to send the application through to the matched lender, which would be National Nation Loans. According to our records, we received an electronically-signed loan agreement, which is signed by clicking the ‘I Agree’ button on the loan agreement, in your name to borrow $600.00 from National Nation Loans on 10/3/2023. Per that agreement, the $600.00 was deposited into your Chase Bank account ending in -3150, the bank account listed on the agreement, on 10/4/2023. As per that loan agreement, we did process a payment for $175.91 on 10/20/2023, which has subsequently been returned as unsuccessful. Additionally, as you mentioned in your complaint, we are required to confirm an individual’s identity when communicating about specific account information. This is typically done with four points of information, which could include the name, last four digits of the SSN, email address, and date of birth. However, other items such as address and phone number may also be used if the individual is uncomfortable providing certain information on the phone or over email or text. We are happy to cancel the account for you, but we will need to retrieve the $600 that was deposited into your bank account. Please confirm a date that works for you. Once the total principal amount has been retrieved successfully, the cancellation process will be complete and the account will be closed with no balance due. If you believe that we did not receive your account as described above, please let us know so that we may assist you further in investigating the issue. We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you, National Nation Loans Phone: 1-800-392-3070 Fax: 1-866-728-4577 www.nationalnationloans.com Special Note: National Nation Loans does not process financial transactions on non-business days. This is a boilerplate response that was emailed to me. When I responded and asked them to send me instructions on where to send back the funds that they illegally deposited, they kept responding with "We need your social security and DOB to help you." Again, it's an attempt to get your personal information and create a fake loan agreement. So, I filed a stolen identity report (because they literally stole my information to open a loan), sent them proof of my filing, and they closed the account. I suggest everyone else to do the same.Review fromLeticia S

1 starHonestly a horrible experience. Incredibly expensive $500 Loan. 600%APR. Which was OBVIOUSLY NOT disclosed clearly the day of the " Agreement". PREDATORY Loan.... all the way... I came to find out, this company owns several Domains...when it comes to quick cash loans, whatever this amount may be. They also have SEO ( Search Engine Optimization)...If ONE is Google searching ...BELIEVE ME.. They come up on top and really quickly. Like I said.........SEVERAL domains. So it could be " FASTFUND.com; or PAYDAYLOANS, etc..... BE Aware!!! Read the bottom ..locations and Fine print.. if its says... Wakpamni Lake Community, anywhere. Please STAY AWAY!!!! I have already made 9 biweekly payments on this Loan of $131.22. This amounts to $1180.98 - Keep in mind that the original Loan was for only $500!!!! Back in June 2023...Unfortunately at the time, I was under the impression that the $131.22 payments would be Monthly, NOT biweekly. As soon as I realized it, I was shocked. Most of the money that are in the arranged the re-payment plan, goes to the Interest not the Principal. I wish I'd would've researched better that day, and not have fallen for this trap. I just needed a small amount, very temporarily and it completely back fired at me. This has to be illegal to illegal, by all means. Deceiving, dishonest, .. borrowing $500 as a little emergency cash...should never lead into $1574.64 at the end of the term. This is absurd. I'm appalled, I have fallen for this. Leaving this review to be helpful to anyone else... Stay away !!! There are other options out there, with more Integrity and less costs. Please read the other reviews...it's sooooo SAD, many Consumers have gone through he same thing.Review fromAmber B

1 starIf I could give this company WLCC Lending GEG DBA The Gan Eden Groupa negative -10 I did a loan for 500 dollars because I hit hard times my partner has cancer and I had a medical stay for ptsd and couldn’t afford to keep up with the bills for a month. I regret signing this loan. They charged me 175 twice a month and after they got their 500+ interest I noticed they were going to take another payment out so I called to figure out what was going on. The person on the phone and the supervisor said the 175 they had been taking out twice a month was only for interest and that I owed 485. On my principal loan. He said the payment owed was 636 but I could clear it by paying the 485. I asked that he please be reasonable and even offered to pay half of that just to be done with this predatory loan. He started yelling at me about how no other place would allow that. Regardless of how they handled it my mistake was not properly reading the loan which I regret I thought they would help me out of a bind but let me be a cautionary tale do not borrow from these ppl. My credit score is a mess and I’ve got to figure a way out of this situation but these ppl are scammers. If you Google their location it’s not there I’m going to make a complaint with the DA next because this isn’t right.Review fromJennifer L

1 starI applied for a loan with National Nation Loans. I've been trying to reach them now with probably close 7 emails and no body has reached out to me. With my job and their business hours emails are easier for me. Absolutely horrible customer service, I'm thinking about taking legal actions as now pretty sure there is some sketchy stuff going on with this company. STAY AWAY!!!!Review fromToni A

1 starI applied for a loan with WLCC FDL and I called in to pay off my loan before it was due and so I wouldn't have to pay the schedule payment as well but I was told that I would have to pay it because they submitted for the payment, I told them to stop the payment because I'm paying off my loan before the due date was told they couldn't do anything about it, so I paid my loan off but I didn't pay the that extra charge. I WOULD ADVISE NOT TO GET A LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY, the interest rates are VERY HIGH.Review fromJustin R

1 starI applied for a loan with ****************, who are operated by WLCC. The loan was approved and listed as complete. The money never showed up in my account. When I contacted ** about this situation, we verified my account information and all they would say is that it was deposited. After calling my bank and verifying there was no pending deposits on my account, I then spoke to a supervisor at **. They said they need 3 business days to confirm and fix the issue, all the while interest is accruing on the loan.....that I never received! I am not sure if this company is********** just grossly incompetent. Either way, do not do business with them.
