      I was informed on sept 3 2021 that meta bank had possession of 2 of my stimulus checks which they send out on a debit card by the IRS . WHEN I called meta bank they confirmed this and issued 2 cards that they sent out that day to be recievd by me on the 21st of same month. It is now the 29th of sept. And still no cards. When I call they say its out of their hands or the system keeps hanging up on me in the middle of the call. This is ridiculous. I am about to be evicted. They offer no help at all.

      I only received half of the Economic Impact Payment from Metabank. The IRS is stating that I received $**** for the stimulus funds but Metabank only issued me $***. I can never get a representative of Metabank on the phone when I call and when I reached out through email, it was less than helpful. Metabank asked me to provide the routing number, account number, and trace number of the payment from the IRS. The IRS replied to me by saying they would not know this information because it was Metabank who issued the payment. I get absolutely no help from Metabank to remedy this situation.

      One of our bank accounts was compromised to open a MetaBank account. We are working with our financial institution for a formal investigation. In the interim, our bank has encouraged us to contact MetaBank to help us determine when an account was opened up using our name and from where this fraud occurred. I have tried 10 different phone numbers listed for the bank to include a number listed with the *********** Downtown Chamber of Commerce and I still can't get a live bank representative on the line. The lines will automatically hang up, on an online chat from the supposed bank, I was asked to enter my credit card and pay $* to speak with someone. How can a financial institution insured by FDIC operate in ways that appear illegitimate or possibly fraudulent? I need a MetaBank Manager to phone me ASAP or I will also be filing a complaint with the FDIC. I need help with resolving the fraud that has taken place with this bank.

      Meta bank debit card has not worked in the past three months, I would prefer to use my checking account to receive my Stumulus check I have reported this problem with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and ********** office of the Attorney General. I am going to report Meta Bank for fraud.

      I've been getting direct deposits for 3.5 years from my same work now they need to verify my identity and verify my work deposits. I submitted all requested docs on the 10th and they make me call every day to get no answers. They said 7 business days but nothing for 16 days. They sent back my last direct deposit from my work and then send me an email saying they never received it. But they did just declined it. I need money ASAP . Please help

      The atm machine at ************** in ********* on *********** and *************** took my money and did not allocate funds to me. They are impossible to reach and say they have 15 days to respond all they while they are getting intrest on the money they stole. I have no funds cannot travel to a job that I just got and no one believes that a atm ripped me off. I demand my funds replaced asap as well as the ** cent transaction fee and money for mental anguish. They sum they stole is ** dollars, it doesn't seem like much but it was all the money I had and now I lost my job.
