      I received military orders & cancelled my services in **. I explained to the service rep that I did not have a forwarding address, due to PCS & was unable to locate a home until I moved. She had explained a statement credit would be mailed upon me contacting Midco & providing my forwarding address. To my knowledge, the check would not be mailed until forward address was provided. I was mailed a check by Midco for statement credit after placing a call on 27 Aug. On 3 Sep I received check & deposited it. On 9 Sep, the check was rejected as "Unauthorized." On 14 Sep, I contacted Midco for reimbursement of the returned check fee & to have a new check mailed. On 14 Sep, I was told by customer support that I was supposed to be contacted on 8 Sep to have the situation explained to me which was not accomplished via email or phone. I would like Midco to reimburse the returned check fee, which I was told will not happen because I did not provide a forwarding address, which I did not have.

      Was calling seeking information about faster internet speeds at my residence. As I was speaking with the operator she told me as I was only paying $***** a month for internet because I receive the government money for internet assistance. We can only give you one discount. The operator wording made me feel less because I receive a government assistance. I informed opertor that I only have recieved it for 3 months and was full paying customer previous to this.

The manager called and said she knew the person personally so she knew she would not say or mean anything behind what was said. This seems to be a conflict of intrest as she is a friend probably should be a unbiased person that has no skin in the game.
