            A used vehicle was bought from Billion ***** jeep Chrysler **** ****** ** ***** ***** on April 6th 2023. We liked the vehicle such as price and mileage. But was told that the keys were unavailable to drive it at the time. The windshield was cracked and a small dent was told to us needed to be replaced. It shouldn't take long to do was told to us. About two weeks later salesperson called and stated there was an insurance claim on the vehicle before anything can done further. About another week later salesperson called the consumer that the check engine light came on and would need to replace the engine since there was an insurance claim on the vehicle. It is now May 24th and still no car. But we put $**** down on the car. Our first payment is due May 30th but we still have never received the car. I did not feel I should make a payment before I have ever driven or received the car at all. How was the insurance claim never told to us before then? Why did they have the car on the market before it was ready to sell? Unhappy consumer...

            Billion Chrysler Jeep SIoux Falls — engages in deceptive advertising — misleading advertising. Billion Chrysler Jeep advertises on their website “express lane” a dedicated service bay for quick oil changes. In addition the signage on the building shows a dedicated express lane. I waited in queue for an oil change. Finally directed by an employee to check in at the service dept. I was informed that Billion no longer utilizes an express service oil change. This was changed 2 months ago. The nearest timeframe for an oil change would be 4 days. I inquired about the “express lane” signage. The manager advised Billion would “not” be taking the advertising down per the higher ups. This is the baffling part. This business engages in deceptive advertising to entice a customer into the dealership. Worse is the same deceptive advertising on the website. The statement that management will continue to use this deceptive advertising is the reason for this complaint. This is a brazen effort by management to mislead and deceive customers in to thinking there is in fact an express service when in fact there is not. If there was a plan to take advertising down, this complaint would not be generated.
