    Placed an order for a customized sweatshirt on 4/5 and received a shipment confirmation email on 4/12. Unable to track the order, I emailed them for an update and no response. Now their website is unavailable.

    This company seems to be scamming it's customers. They have no phone number and have not responded to emails. I ordered something from them in March, received an update stating that the item was shipped, but there never has been a tracking number provided. To this date, April 28, 2023, I have not received my item or a response. When looking online, there are plenty who have complained about the same thing.

    I placed 2 orders for sweatshirts on 3/19 and 3/20. Received an email on 3/31 that the order has shipped. When I click track order, no tracking number comes up. I have sent a private message, email, and sent a contact us form. I have given them over a week to respond. There has been no response. Their website states they are apart of BBB and they greatly pride themselves in customer satisfaction. I just want them to make the 2 orders right, by refunding me both orders or send my both of the orders.
