      I order 4 red maple trees in the fall of 2024. The trees were scheduled to be shipped March 20, 2025. As of today, May 2, 2025, the trees have not arrived. I have been in constant communication with Tn Nursery, I have received no assistance from Tn Nursery. I requested a refund, was told no. I requested a shipment delay to fall of 2025, received no response for this request. I have all emails that I have sent to them so the purchase can be easily tracked.

      Bought 2 PawPaw trees last Oct.2024. Barefoot. Planted, did nothing. Put in big pots, did nothing. Texted company, said dormant. It is now end of April and look the same(twigs). Texted them again, did what they asked, they told me the trees are alive, no refund. This company is ripping people off and should be dismantle!

      Stay far away from this nursery. I placed an order on Dec 14 2024 with confirmed shipping for fall 2025. I got a follow up email saying that my order would arrive November 2025 and to be prepared for fall planting. Now it is March 2025 and I got an email saying that my order is shipping (the email that says that it is shipping even says that the shipping is for Fall 2025!!!). I live in central MN our ground is still partially frozen. I called customer service (if you can even call it that) and they told me that they will not refund me because on there end it says shipping for March 2025. I sent them multiple proof of the emails that they sent me confirming a delivery of Fall 2025. So now I'm waiting on trees that were supposed to arrive this fall and I'm out $190. This company is very unethical! Stay away from them and buy locally.

      ORDER #****** Order dates September 24/24 Delivery date November 29/24 Upon my arrival on December 3 I was suprised / greeted by a product that was delivered on November 29, without an email or any communication. Upon its arrival and opening the package, there was a quantity of 1 of 6 in the box. I called Customer Service and said that I could not make a return because it fell after the 24 hour policy after delivery and that I could not return. Furthermore, they advised me to write an email off to Customer Service communicating my concerns. I did so on December 4, 2020 for voicing my concerns that the order was incomplete… Showing pictures that there was only 1 rooting system of roots that could not be divided and that’s only 1 of 6 was delivered. Several days have passed with no response. I reached out to Customer Service again. I voiced my concerns that the product looked now dreidel out, and now should be probably returned. I was advised to sit tight until a decision was made and response from Authority position. After eight days on December 12 /24 a response from the person in charge said that all the units were sent and that it was my fault that they were not properly hydrated and should have been planted or put in water. I sent back an email stating that I tried to take apart carefully the rooting system, as they advised, and the rooting System was one plant connected together and that there was only 1 of 6 delivered. Now, after such a long response from the company to address my issues, I am questioning the integrity of the plant itself from sitting so long after delivery to the time of their response since they said, I only had a 24 hour notice to return product that I never got an email from the company. This company clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing!!! And their customer service communication is absolutely terrible! Furthermore, I requested a shipping label so the product can be returned and a request a full refund to be made.

      This company is very very unethical. I spoke with Tammy the owner, personally and explained my concern with not being credited for the 3 dead trees, of which I submitted a jotform on October 23, 2024, and today, after months and months of passing the buck, I receive an email back, stating " Our credit card system has picked up on the number of in- store credits that we have given you and has activated the fraud alerts concerning your account". Wow... great way to treat a customer. not, especialy after multiple follow ups on my end. Stay Far Far Away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I would truly like some resolution to my order to ** **** ****** ****** ** *****. I ordered a year plus ago, some water iris. They came to me dead. As adviced by your service rep, they said wait to see if they grow over the summer. They didn't. I got a gift card and used it on two japanese maples. These never were sent to me. Talking to customer service again, they said they would give me another gift card, but I received none. I truly want just my entire money back, or the two japanese maples.       Wish I had come here before ordering from them. All except 1 of 6 trees from my spring order died, I thought no worries, filed for a refund which received but didn't cover replacement trees, so I spent another $30. They immediately charged my credit card in June. It is now December and despite my request to delay the order, they just shipped my replacement trees this week, to WI, where the ground is frozen and I cannot plant them. Cannot dispute the CC charge since it is over the 60 day period. Do not order from this company!

      I recently ordered 25 Red Maple 2-3ft seedlings from TN. I received the trees in good condition and in a timely fashion. I’ve read a lot of negative reviews about this website (AFTER ordering and was terrified) but I have no complaints about my order. I’ve seen several websites have very rough starts over the years and finally get it together down the road. Maybe they are one of them, idk. However, my order from Nov-2024 was great and healthy and I’ll probably be ordering from them in the future. Final thoughts: Give them a chance

      The worst nursery to do business with. They are very good at taking your money; but do not fill orders or give refunds. Their C/S is a joke and it is impossible to get a refund. You have to file a dispute with your credit card company. Look elsewhere

      I was shorted a plant and wasn’t aware of the shortage until after the 24 hours from time of delivery that they give you to report such shortages had passed. The website says to “please report the problem within 24 hours of receiving your plants”. Customer service informed me that this is actually a “strict policy” and did not offer to send the shorted plant or credit for another. Customer service responses are abrupt and unfriendly.
