I was referred to ****************************** owner of 615 Canecorso located in *********. I spoke with ****************************** in regards to a cane corso puppy He stated that he had female I never saw the puppy. I never went into any agreement I was to he could have his puppies delivered and had an outside person that could help. Then it was the part of the money I was to send him the money ***** before I arrived. I agreed after several attempts with ***** refusing to transfer the payment to him we came up with a solution for me to go to Navy ******************** and get a cashier checkin the amount of $2750.00 and deposit it into his account at **** of America I went to Navy Federal credit union got the cashier check and once at the bank I called him and he give the teller his account number and also text it to me the money was deposited . At that point ****************************** informed me that it was a problem with the Iccf paperwork and at that point I ask him to return my money back he returned only $2250.00 less $500.00 I asked him to please return the $500.00 there was no contract signed and I was never told about a hold fee on a puppy I never saw.This took place March 2024
