    We moved to Quail Ridge March 2023. Since move in, we have submitted over 15 maintenance requests due to low quality appliances, sink leakages, mold inside of water spout attached to fridge, and a ridiculous amount of pest. We have continuously been lied to about issues being resolved with no follow **** We were told months ago that because of maintenance issues, a district manager would come and do a walkthrough to assure everything is functioning properly. No one ever showed. We had pest control come out 3 times. The 4th time they never showed or followed up. We are still currently waiting on a 2 week follow up which has now been about 2 months. We were told that this unit was abandoned prior to move in which, I assume, is why everything is so raggedy in here. The paint job on the walls are terrible. The trash compactor breaks down every 2 weeks seems like and they just place several bins outside of it which overflows constantly and trash is left there for weeks. Theres a golf course behind our blg. A golf ball shattered my daughters window, as well as, the rear window of my carno empathy from mgt. We took the matter to corporate. Their excuse (like the property manager) was that theyve been short staffno excuse for lack of communication and service. You werent too short to collect this almost $2k rent each month. Spoke with ******************* and requested to be moved to their sister property, The Highlands. She assured us she could get the approval but we would have a different rent rate, new lease, and would have to pay registration fees. We agreed. She called back 3-4 days later and left a voicemail saying we were approved to transfer but would have to pay and addl $500 transfer fee. We tried to call her back to negotiate the $500 (because why should we be penalized for our poor experience and your negligence). We left several msgs and no call back, still. We finally received an email basically saying theres no other options.
