    I have been going back and forth with dealership and getting my car fixed.I got my car since day one car had a dent that was promised to be fixed only thing I knew about at that time. Get the car radio doesn't work promise to fix never fixed or took it to ******** to try to get it fixed tried other shops being cheap. Car needed tires. Car set for weeks no work done. Get the dent fixed kept for about a week then was driving and it was raining water coming in almost wrecked take it back they promised to fix kept my car for months gave me a loaner. Get my car back go through the carwash same thing called ***** didn't set up anything . With diagnosis my seal on the front windshield is not sealed at top needs new windshield can push out which spots was circled on windshield as if it was going to be fixed. Fixed that myself until I replace my windshield called the dealership he said was going to set appointment with glass place never did. I ***** with a weather strip. Went off at the dealership I made them take my car to ******** told the manager had him video recorded saying was going to be fix everything wrong .Had a Heated argument bc the manager ***** told me he wasn't spending another d&@$ dime which only thing he did was fix dent and paint the door. So car neededs amplifier for radio $3,000 the dealership manager was dodging Mercedes for weeks until I called him on 3 way from another number get approval to get fixed part been on back order for months but that's another story at Mercedes..I just paid $3000 for air ***** suspension get all new sport tires $700 car starts making strange noise from front belt me thinking ok its the belt go get car looked at shop tells me its my belt and pulley $900 barely has had the car a year not to mention auxiliary battery needed airbag light is on need breaks advised dealership of all this that was needed a week of having car. Tried to get my money back diff car wouldn't do it pulled credit more times and left with same car

    The dent was fixed but radio still not fixed water still comes in car it was never sunroof it was windshield window trim rotted Ive tried to send this back multiple times rejecting with more proof reached out to ***** after he said the sunroof was fixed went through car wash and still was coming in yes Ive had this car a year and had problems since day one still no radio and water still comes in car. I replaced tires and Breaks myself the emergency break never worked told that as well and was never fixed just want radio emergency brake and windshield replaced

    Im not asking for anything to be fixed on that wasnt the problem when i got the car the beaks was bad i fixed that the tires was bad i replaced them you all never fixed anything but the dent yes i have been driving the car a year not including the months you all had my car. What are you saying im asking you to fix stuff that was the problem after never have i used my warranty and my own money to fix the damages i found.l after the sale i need what was told that would be done which is radio as of today 2/14/25 the radio still has no sound the water still comes in car the sunroof was never the problem if you all would have investigated more instead of saying forget me then you all would have seen the windshield can be almost pushed out of the car bc of the trim the window had circles around it as it was going to be fixed and never did so assuming it was the sunroof you all acted as if it was adjusted and it never was off in the beginning it was the front windshield trim not sealed.     What was after the fact that was fixed all that was wrong when i got the car yall didnt check anything just sold the car its plenty that was wrong that was told that didnt get fixed you all are only out for the money to serve customers the right way.     I have been going back and forth with Wolfchase Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership for 6 weeks. I was told the issues was fixed, and picked up my vehicle just to find out the problem was not fixed. After paying $100 deductible to have it fixed they attempted to charge me another $100 deductible to fix the same problem that they didn't fix the first time. When I got that waived by contacting my warranty company they then tried to charge me $350 to take off a bumper they already had to take off to complete the repair they told the warranty company was the issues (this time). As of today I have been without my vehicle or a means of transportation for 6 weeks and am going to pick the vehicle up tomorrow, still not fixed. This company has given me the run around, lied to me, and tried to over charge me for repairs that were not properly made in the first place.

    They lied to me about what was done to my vehicle, failed to actually fix the problem and still got paid by both me and the extended warranty company. However I still have the same problem. Any consumer wouldnt want to take their vehicle back for an off the books fix which is what I was told it would be if I brought it back. And that would only be offered if you knew you did something wrong to start with.

    YES WELL THE CUSTOMER WAS HAAPY TO BRING BACK AND NOT SURE WHAT "OFF THE BOOK REPAIR" IS THIS IS A TERM THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS MADE UP. SO THATS A BIT CONFUSING IN THE **** THAT WE HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED THAT THIS OFFER WAS A ISSUE FOR THE CUSTOMER. WHEN THE CUSTOMER AGREED THATS WHAT THEY WANTEDED AND WE COMPLIED  WITH THAT.     The service manager never offered to fix the problem. It wasnt until after we walked out that the technician came out and said that we could bring it back up there and he would try to fix it off the books (his words not mine) and at no charge. No one has reached out to us since about anything including the improperly installed bumper that they say they never took off. Picture with handprint included

    The service the auto shop performed on my vehicle cause a transmission leak. The work that was done to the vehicle was a starter replacement and a flywheel change which ultimately caused the transmission to leak where it meets the motor. The people at the shop claims the transmission pan is the issue, but that statement is false it is leaking where the transmission meets the motor the same location as the flywheel. The shop refuses to fix the problem.

    GOOD MORNING
     we have informed customers the repair that was done and paid for by his extended warranty was nothing to do with a leak. it needed a flywheel and starter (external parts not in the trans) that his extended warranty paid for. 1200 miles later he has it towed in for a leak on the trans. We looked at it and he 
    has hit something and damaged the trans pan causing a leak and it leaking badly. He has 1200 miles on the van from the last repair . we still called ext warr they declined because of outside damage. We informed customers to contact insurance to start a claim. Please see attached photos. in the photos
    you can see a dent and it has deformed pan causing a leak where the pan meets the bottom of the trans nowhere near the starter and flywheel

    I bought a vehicle on April 6, 2024, which had just been traded to the dealership. I was assured it would undergo the usual inspection process. On April 9, I got a call saying it was ready, and I picked it up on April 11. However, on the drive home, which took two and a half hours, my fianc noticed issues with the suspension and a lean towards one side. We also found the radiator cap missing and water in the trunk. When we contacted the salesperson, ****, he wasn't available. The next day, my fianc left a message for him. A few days later, we found water coming in through the sunroof and trunk during rain. **** advised us to take it to a local dealership since I had purchased an extended warranty. However, after my appointment a few weeks later, the local dealership said the issues weren't covered by the warranty. **** and the General Manager initially avoided my calls. When I mentioned filing a complaint, the ** promised to resolve the issue but didn't follow up. Despite sending the repair estimate as requested, I've yet to receive a response.

I was also given a number that was supposed to have been the GM's direct contact to which to send the estimate I was given. I sent the estimate via text message on May 15, 2024. On May 16, 2024, I sent a follow up text asking for updates. I received I response that read, "working on it". No communication was received for a week; therefore, I sent another text message on May 23, 2024. I did not receive a response. The telephone number was ************.

    I believe she has totaled the vehicle out and insurance is paying it off. She contacted us about canceling her extended warranty and gap protection and I believe she said the ******* was totaled out and she does not have the vehicle anymore.

    Every time I call they are always booked up for at least two weeks. They say they wont take appointments. You cannot get in to have your vehicle worked on. Its utterly ridiculous.

    I just received an email about declining recommended services. I was never made aware of the suggested maintenance. Furthermore, immediately upon leaving the service, my check engine light appeared. I returned the vehicle and was told it could be due to my care being 10 years old. Usually, I receive great customer service and I am highly upset that my requests have been ignored/delayed. As a valued customer, I rely on your experts to suit the needs of my car. I have been calling the phones and leaving voicemails for the past two weeks. I am about to reach out to the corporate office to help with resolving these issues. The sales manager called me on Monday, October 24th, stating that I would receive a follow-up call that has yet to be received.

    I dropped my vehicle off at the dealership while headed on a week long vacation because I was told that it would take a week for them to look at it. I told them that my check engine light was on and that the vehicle shakes while stopped. I was called and given a $1300 quote to fix the issue. I advised them to fix it while I was gone. After fixing it I was told that the cost was $1700. I advised that I was on vacation and would deal with the manager when I returned. I also asked for a trade in evaluation to be done because I wasnt opposed to trading the vehicle in. When I returned and spoke to the service manager he stated that the service advisor misquoted the price and that it would be $1400. I then spoke to the sales manager who appraised the dodge vehicle $2500 less than the **** dealer across the street. I showed him their appraisal and he stated he only buys high quality vehicles. Therefore, this let me knew that this dodge vehicle was a piece of c*** I paid the $1400 and left. I got 2 miles down the road and my check engine light came back on and the vehicle was shaking. I took it back and they advised they needed to keep it for further evaluation. They called me the next day and stated that the issue had not been fixed and that they wanted another $5800 to fix the vehicle, I asked what they charged me $1400 for and why I was advised that would fix the issue. They told me to take my vehicle elsewhere for repairs. One of the employees even told me that I should have bought a Lexus. I spoke with the service manager, the sales manager and the general manager of the dealership. The only person that apologized for my experience at the dealership was the front desk employee and the shuttle driver because they witnessed my tears and frustration. Shame on this dealership for taking peoples hard earned money and not fixing the issue. There was no remorse, no apologies just arrogant attitudes.
