I had return authorization for 2 phones purchased. I sent the phones out, signature required, which were received at their location on January 23, 2023. Today is February 2nd. According to their return authorization I should have received a refund in 1-2 business days. I have been emailing for information over and over, the answer I keep getting is that they are short staffed. TRULY....I DON'T CARE! I WANT MY MONEY BACK. ***** tells me they are short staffed and **** keeps sending texts asking me to "come back soon". I sent a DEMAND over email yesterday, still no money back. We are talking close to $1,000. I'm not sure what happened to this company they used to be good. Also, they are falsely advertising their phones will work with a prepaid provider, that used to be the case, but no more, that's why the return in the first place.Business response

We issued refunds for both items on 2-1-23. It can take a couple of business days for the banks to process those refunds. Usually within 3-4 business days. If your refund has not posted by 2-7-23 please let us know so we can investigate further.
