Got a phone through them. Backing not fully glued on and constant service issues that ************* could not diagnose. Returned for a new phone. Their instructions claim a seamless activation but it only ever activated voice and calls. When ************* gives me the APN to properly access the internet it promptly loses calls and texts.
Even on my new device after the return I faced the same issues I had been dealing with. ************* can't figure it out, iconvert can't figure it out.
Buy through them if you're willing to roll the dice on whether it activates properly or not.iConvertwireless Response

Hi ****! I'm terribly sorry to hear about the ************* activation difficulties! It seems their system may be having some difficulty with Note 8. We've been working with a few customers that had issues. Some had their devices activated for over a year! I'm happy to say we've got most of them resolved. I see we've sent a free replacement sim card to you as we've seen some ************* reps activate them incorrectly and void them (which may have caused the issue you are experiencing).
