  Customer tome is not valued by this company. My home warranty window was 11-3, and when SOS called to confirm my appointment, the gave me a window of 1-4 and notified me that the service fee could be collected via cash or check. The sketchiest technician was sent out through my home warranty company. Upon arriving to my house half an hour after the service window was over, he was requesting that I pay the service fee through cash or Venmo, to which I informed him I would only pay with a check. He spent less than 5 minutes looking at the pipe that was leaking and somehow was able to determine it was a blockage in the line even though the toilet is still flushing. He claimed that was not what the ticket was written for. He seemed to have no idea what he was talking about. He asked me what the issue was and I informed him that was the reason that I had submitted a claim. If I knew plumbing systems, I would have resolved the problem myself. He could not even tell me how the process a plumbing stoppage would be taken care of. Upon leaving, he said he was going straight to the office where he would submit the diagnosis. My HWC had to email them for an update, and the reply was something any one of my 3rd graders could have written. When the diagnosis was FINALLY submitted to the home warranty company the following day, he informed them that a different technician was needed. It seemed like he had absolutely no intention of resolving the issue and simply hoped to make a quick buck by following up with a service claim with no intention of following through, just hoping that I would pay him directly with cash or Venmo.

  We are really sorry that you are not happy with technician's diagnosis, and He did not arrive at time, but He reported to the warranty the main issue was a plumbing stoppage where the problem was coming from the pipe underneath the toilet, which is clogged, that one was the cause the toilet has low water pressure to flush and leaking even the toilet still flushing, so that means the toilet is not the problem. Our intention never was not helping you. If you need a second opinion, please don't hesitate to contact your warranty company.

  SOS Residential and Commercial Repair If you value your time, money and property, NEVER use SOS Residential and Commercial Repair of Chattanooga, Tennessee. This company is incompetent and dishonest. Used SOS to repair a leak in a toilet. While they did repair the leak, they left the unit with the inability to completely clear the bowl when flushed and with the toilet tank rocking back and forth. In addition, the “technician “ used a hand towel that was part of a bathroom collection as a rag and dumped it in the trash. SOS made four appointments to correct the problem all of which were no-shows. Finally, without addressing the problem, they informed us that the repair had been successfully completed. SOS showed a total lack of professionalism.

  We really sorry for your complaint Mr. B****. The technician repair the toilet even the shut off valve that was not in the repair service. But technician never showed up, because He explained to warranty company that whole toilet needed to be replaced due to it was too old and the toilet kit replaced,it was the only one could be fit for your old toilet b reason this one was rocking back and forth. We sent video and picture to the warranty and they said to us that they would be contacting you to explained everything.

  I would not recommend this provider. The tech pulled the dishwasher out, poked around the controls and then told me "I do not know what the problem is, could be a few things". His diagnosis back to the warranty folks was a "debris build up fouled the motor up" and a control panel went back, all from failure to maintenance, which of course was a reason to deny the warranty claim. After calling in a professional, they said it was "IMPOSSIBLE" for debris to foul the motor out and maintenance of a control board is not part of routine maintenance. The tech left without putting the dishwasher soundproofing or bolting in back in. Shoddy work and guessing at repairs isn't the way to run a business.

  Extremely poor Service. The technician came out to fix a leak on my refrigerator while fixing the leak he punctured the Freon line and when I asked what that hissing noise was he said “ oh that’s just the fan”! Which was a lie, he hurried up and tried to put a towel over it to cover the noise and closed the door so that I could hear the hissing. Once the noise stopped he said my refrigerator was fixed. A couple hours later I noticed my ice was melting and food was defrosted. This company is not trustworthy… he lied to me and I paid him. I have tried several times calling them but no one will answer or call back!! All of my food is ruined and my refrigerator is not getting cold. He messed my refrigerator up!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

  Found the company on **** and they called me within minutes of requesting a quote. It was $100. just to come look, but was able to repair my dryer on the spot and showed up within 30min from first phone call of the quote.
