    Excellent customer service! There was a small issue that they quickly resolved and offered more assistance than expected. Wrote a negative review before they solved my problem. And now I'm trying to find a way to delete the negative review

    I ordered 2 seperate orders on 8/29/2024 I had the choice to change shipping from *** ** to ****. Once before and not from Natchez, I had ordered ammo and it was shipped *** **, the website showed delivered but when I checked my web cam the *** ** driver took the box of ammo to the front door, took it's picture and took the box back to the truck. I nailed him, I called *** ** and stated I would send the video. The outcome, the driver delivered it the next day. I recommend that everybody get a front door cam. I have two, I caught him hiding from the one but he didn't see the one behind him. I haven't recieved my order yet from Natchez, it's only been a couple of days, I don't use *** ** I saw in a review below the person states a picture was taken but his ammo wasen't there. His problem could have been a Pourch Pirate or a crroked driver. I will post another review when I receive my parts.

    They took 9 days to ship a in stock order. It should have been here by now. Didn't upgrade shipping either. They have went downhill. Never again.

    We apologize for the inconvenience. We are in the middle of upgrading our warehouse to be more efficient in the future. Unexpected delays have caused us to run behind on shipping. We are doing our best to get order out as quickly as possible.

    Ordered a product, little over $150.00. First timer with Natchez, not only sent my product, but one of their catalogs, sale catalog, clearance catalog, and best of all, a Hodgdon reloading manual. So, great job guys, brick and mortar stores customer service these days is gone, so Thank You Stan

    Purchased ammo over a month ago, never came despite for some reason it being marked as delivered. My guess is that it got stolen in transit. Despite purchasing payment insurance the company refused to make things right and told me to basically * off and go to the police. I am unable to go to the police right now due to some life altering circumstances. I explained that that they still refuses to make things right. If this review does not move things in the right direction I will be forced to charge back with my bank.

    The ammo was delivered to the address provided by the customer. Fedex confirmed this with a picture of the package sitting by the front door. Customer also confirmed in writing that the picture in question was his front door. The missing package was also not reported to us in a timely manner leaving us no recourse with the carrier. The customer claimed it was stolen off his front porch which is why we are asking for a police report before going any further.

    I am getting an error when trying to add a comment to my previous review so I will post a new one in its place. the claim that i did not notify in a timely manner is a lie. i notified within 7 business days, intention was to give the carrier ample time to deliver the package incase it was improperly scanned as delivered. upon looking at the rest of the BBB reviews had customer service seems to be a pattern here. if this is not resolved by the end of the month i will be forced to charge back through my credit card

    I had a very bad experience with Natchez. Make sure what you order is accurate because they will refuse an exchange. I ordered two boxes of HORNADY 6.5 PRC by mistake instead of HORNADY 6.5 Creemoor by mistake. They refused to help me even thought I wanted to by three boxes to compensate for the mistake and so they did not have to refund any money. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. By the way my order did not say that I could not exchange it.

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond. It is a standard policy for us not to take ammunition back because of safety concerns. We do make exceptions in some cases. We have left 2 voicemail and sent an email today to the customer explaining that we will take his order back for exchange. However, as he has stated this was his error and therefore, would be responsible for the return freight. We apologize for any misunderstanding.

    Natchez has horrible customer service. I live in a state that requires additional documentation. I submitted the materials and was approved. I tried to order online and it still kept asking for my documents. I could not get out of the loop. Can’t remember a worse customer experience. Natchez is not worth the hassle.

    Due to the FOID laws in the state of IL, we have to have the customer ID's on file in order to process ammo orders. These ID's also must match the information on our system to process the orders. It is very complicated due to the legalities involved. Once submitted and the documents are connected to their account we do not have to go through this process for each order after that. We would like it to be a simpler process but cannot due to IL laws on ordering ammo. We do see that an order was placed the day after the account was connected so thank you for your business.

    I have been ordering and dealing with Natchez for about 7 years. I have never had an issue that was not resolved. I have read the negative comments and reviews and personally I have never experienced anything close to their complaints. My latest order was January 2023. I have been and will continue to be a customer.

    They lost another customer. I ordered a brass tumbler on 1/9/23 one week later I called them and now it's not in stock. No notice. They did not say anything till I called them on 1/16/23 when it has not shipped. They said " we went to pull the order and It it not in stock would you like a refund." Now I have e to wait for the refund "a couple days" so I can order from somewhere else.

    We sent an email on 1/11/23 to inform him that we were out of stock but did not get a responce to thr email. After reviewing this order. We checked our inventory and we received 1 today. We have spoken to customer and will ship it out today. We will credit his shipping charge due to the problem. We apologize for the delay.

    I hope they sit on all that overpriced ammo they sell, they were selling 1000rds of 9mm during the pandemic for $700......????
