            I purchased 500 rounds of PMC .44 magnum ammo from Natchez on 4/24/2023. After receiving the ammo, I attempted to fire 25 rounds at a range session. I only made it through 17 rounds before I decided to stop using the ammo. Out of 17 rounds, (I used Two different revolvers) I had 6 rounds that failed to fire. That is a 35% failure rate. You can see from the photos that the primer is being struck solidly. I believe this ammo is not safe to use. I contacted Natchez about returning the defective ammo and was met with some indignation by email and a total lack of concern. They stated that I would have to take up the problem with the manufacturer and that it wasn't their responsibility. When I suggested that they may be selling a defective product the response was indifference. It is very concerning to me. A responsible company would be concerned about the products they represent and sell to the public and not try to shrug off responsibility. I did not buy this ammo from PMC, I bought it from Natchez.

            Purchased ammo over a month ago, never came despite for some reason it being marked as delivered. My guess is that it got stolen in transit. Despite purchasing payment insurance the company refused to make things right and told me to basically * off and go to the police. I am unable to go to the police right now due to some life altering circumstances. I explained that that they still refuses to make things right. If this review does not move things in the right direction I will be forced to charge back with my bank.

            The ammo was delivered to the address provided by the customer. Fedex confirmed this with a picture of the package sitting by the front door. Customer also confirmed in writing that the picture in question was his front door. The missing package was also not reported to us in a timely manner leaving us no recourse with the carrier. The customer claimed it was stolen off his front porch which is why we are asking for a police report before going any further.

            I am getting an error when trying to add a comment to my previous review so I will post a new one in its place. the claim that i did not notify in a timely manner is a lie. i notified within 7 business days, intention was to give the carrier ample time to deliver the package incase it was improperly scanned as delivered. upon looking at the rest of the BBB reviews had customer service seems to be a pattern here. if this is not resolved by the end of the month i will be forced to charge back through my credit card
