      On January 26, 2024, my grandson, ****** ********, and I went to the Hixson, TN, credit union branch and met with a loan officer. On that day, we paid off the remaining balance of my grandson's loan for his 2019 Ford Ranger pickup, and we were told by the loan officer at the Hixson, TN, branch that we would receive the title within two weeks. It has been over six weeks, and we have yet to receive the title. When we call to request updates, the staff is not very helpful and will only tell us that the title is in a vault in Pennsylvania and that the mail is slow.

      We entered the Hwy 58 location to deposit a check. We were accompanied by ****** ***** who had legal POA authority to sign the check over to myself and my wife to deposit. The male bank representative literally told us that the credit union refused to help us as long term customers because the credit union had to "CYA"- cover it's ***. We deserve more professional customer service than what we received. We left the location feeling like we were not valued customers. The gentleman was very suspicious. This is not the credit union customer care that we grew to love and respect throughout the years of doing business.

      I am writing to express my profound concern about the disclosure of my nonpublic information to credit bureaus and the resulting inaccuracies on my credit report, leading to significant financial and emotional distress. As outlined in 15 USC 1681 Section 602, I assert my right to financial privacy, expecting the confidential treatment of my information. Moreover, 15 USC 1681 Section 604(a)(2) underscores that a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish account information without my written instructions, which have not been provided. I have identified discrepancies on my credit report originating from TVFCU, adversely impacting my financial well-being. I urgently request the rectification of these inaccuracies. Lastly, please be reminded of 15 USC 1666(b), preventing creditors from treating payments on a credit card account as late under specific circumstances. For your reference, my account details are as follows: Account Number: ********** I request a thorough review of my account, prompt correction of credit report inaccuracies, and strict adherence to federal laws governing my information.       I submitted an online bill payments to ******* ********* **** on October 31 to be delivered on November 17. I received an email confirmation from TVFC on November 17, stating that my payment was mailed on November 11 for $30, with the confirmation number, *********. I checked my ****** billing account and noticed that my payment was not received. When I called the customer service, I was advised my payment was not received and I now owe an additional late fee payment and additional charges. I would like TVFC to be held liable for the original payment not being received and to have the additional late fees and charges to my credit report removed due to this financial institution error in mispayment. I was advised my the ********* rep that I now have an additional 30 late fee to my account and this late fee will reflect on my credit report. I would like Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union to be responsible for all of the late fees, the original $30 payments and responsible for fixing any issues or errors on my credit reports.

      I am currently on maternity leave, on September 19 my short term disability through ******** ******** was deposited into the wrong account at Tennessee Valley, it has taken several weeks to track the funds and realize the mistake. Tennessee Valley will not return the money due to insufficient funds in the incorrect account. TVFCU blames ******** ******** for the mistake and will not reimburse the money. On the other hand, ******** ******** blames Tennessee Valley and will not issue another check/direct deposit until funds are returned to them.

      I am rejecting this response because: nobody has reached out to me. In previous conversations I was told by TVFCU I was "out of luck" I'm in the process of filing a police report and obtaining legal council.

      New app is impossible to sign into. Endless loops of failed login until "max attempts" completely lock you out. No viable support is available "after hours". One would think arrangements would be temporarily be made to those who live a non traditional schedule (3rd shift) to have help available to an app change that was forced on the business clientele.

      5/23/23 they charged 34$ courtesy pay charge when there was money still in bank. 7/16/23 They charged two 34$ courtesy pay when there was money to cover it. 7/19/23 they charged three 34$ courtesy pay charge when money was in the account. I went in a tried to get them to fix it and ask why they did all they could say was its pending transactions. Well once I get a statement then it should reflect correctly.

      I ordered a Christmas tree (supposedly from ****** ****) on 1/14/2023 for $89.98. This was deducted from my checking account. The company name was '****** ****". I never received the tree and emailed their customer service department on 2/14/2023. Their reply was that the tree was delivered on 2/23/2023. I did not receive the tree and contacted the shipping company who did not supply proof of delivery. I then attempted to contact the company again with no response. I filed a dispute with the Dispute Processing Center and was given case number ******** for my debit card ending in ****. I also emailed 12 pages of documentation showing the order, failure to provide proof of delivery, etc. I was informed that the case was closed and could not be reopened. Their claim was that the supplier provided "credible evidence" that the item was received. However, they would not provide me with this information. I feel the dispute processing center failed to perform their responsibilities and their lack of action should be displayed for other consumers to be made aware. My **** is issued through Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union in Chattanooga, TN.

      the IRS tried to deduct my tax return out of my checking account. Which they had the right account number. TVFC rejected it because it was marked as a saving account, but they gave the right account number. Why use account numbers if your not going to use them. Very poor operations and support of your customers. We do a lot of business with the Credit Union. But not taking care of customers is not TVFCU strong hold. John R.

      The ATM at the ***** Cooperation took out $80 twice and I only put my atm card in once and punched the numbers in once The atm gave me $80 but my online bank said another $80 was “ pending “ I kept my eye on it hoping it would correct itself but another $80 plus the $2 fee came out again I spoke to three live tellers plus the Supervisor Sara and they kept trying to tell me to call my bank ******  But how can my bank help when they do not have access to Tennessee Valley cameras or balances for ATM They basically called me a liar after arguing 30 minutes and caused me to not have as much to eat this weekend The Transaction happened on 2/20 2023
