I left behind some items at a ******** location in Chattanooga TN, ******** works with this company and they shipped my items and they never arrived. I have been working to get this issue resolved for over two months. The manager will say that she is out of the office and then weeks will go by before anything happens. This location has unprofessional enterprise practices and it in a shame that they continue to drag out this issue.

    Good morning,

Yes, I paid Postnet $22.75 for shipping services. The item was never delivered and the logistics company says to work with the shipper to resolve the issue, the shipper will not respond to my requests.

This customer is clearly upset that their claim was denied and is now retaliating against my business. Please few the zip file with our communications and the delivered notification from ***** themselves.

    Thanks,

    Good afternoon,
I am writing to formally reject the explanation provided by PostNet Chattanooga regarding the items I left behind at the ******** property. The manager's claim that I am retaliating against her business is a false accusation based on conjecture rather than facts.

The core issue remains unresolved: the shipper, *****, has directed me to work with PostNet Chattanooga to resolve the matter. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to the manager via calls and emails, my efforts have gone unanswered and unacknowledged. Furthermore, the manager asserts that my claim was denied by the shipper, yet neither the shipper nor the manager has communicated this to me directly.

While I understand that mistakes can occur, the manager's refusal to engage in constructive communication and her baseless accusations are both unprofessional and churlish. This situation reflects poor business practices and a lack of accountability. Rather than addressing the issue at hand, the manager has resorted to conjecture and irrelevant distractions, which is wholly unacceptable.

As a valued customer, I demand a prompt and professional resolution to this matter. No customer should be subjected to such poor handling and communication.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this issue.

We’re sorry ****** is feeling this way, but if ***** does not approve of the claim, which they didn't, there is nothing we can do on our end. The item/s was delivered accordingly and that means our job is done. We told ****** over the phone back in May that the claim was not approved, but we were met with nothing but curses, which is abhorrent on his end. We do not take disrespect to employees lightly which he should understand, and that’s all he gave us once told there wasn't sufficient evidence for his claim.

    Thanks,

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

The claim that I cursed at anyone is both untrue and misleading. I do not curse, and for someone to make such an assertion is truly unprofessional. My main issue with the handling of my situation was the lack of effective communication and the back-and-forth exchanges between myself and Ms. ******.

While it is unfortunate that my items were lost, I remain dissatisfied and genuinely regret doing business with your establishment. I want to emphasize once again that I did not curse at anyone. I expect honesty and transparency in our communications—blatant lies are both unprofessional and churlish.

I would appreciate it if this matter were addressed with the seriousness it deserves.

    Sincerely,

    ****** ********
