I called and scheduled an appointment for indoor spiders and told them I would not want spray or treatment in any other area due to a medically fragile family member. I waited until 15 minutes after the appointment window to call and ask where the technician was. When I called, they said my appointment was for the following week. I told them that it's an emergent issue (taking care of spiders in a home with a terminally ill cancer patient - it's not something that can wait) and I would have to call someone else. I called ******* and had them come out the same day - the problem was taken care of. I came home a week after I canceled the appointment and a bill from Robards was in my mail box. The service (that I cancelled) was supposed to be inside only. They just sprayed stuff that I didn't agree to for an appointment I cancelled all around my house, which makes me very uncomfortable, and then put a bill in my mailbox. Of course, I then called them and asked what happened. They said that I still owe them for the spray because they didn't note the cancellation and that they can mark my account as "refusal to pay". I've taken a lot of precautions to keep pesticides of all kinds out of my backyard for my small children and to be meticulous about these things for my medically fragile family member and they came on my property, without permission. We had to take extra precautions for several days to make sure the medically fragile family member wouldn't come into contact with the spray. I called again today and the lady who answered the phone said the owner was there and would talk to me shortly. After being on hold, another woman came on the phone and said we didn't have to pay, but the owner is not actually there. When she said we didn't have to pay, I asked her to send me an e-mail or put that in writing and she said she cannot do that. The runaround I have received for a service I didn't consent to is incredible. I hope the BBB can help resolve this!
