Worse company we’ve ever rented from. No communication, no one that works there has any intelligence or knows what they’re doing. Jessica P****** is rude, unhelpful and treats people less than a human. We will be seeking legal options against this company . Avoid at all cost.

Tenants signed a 13 month, automatically renewable lease, effective November 1, 2023, to December 31, 2024. Page 3, section 14 "In the event no written notice to vacate is received on or before thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the lease, it is further understood and expressly agreed between the parties hereto that the occupancy shall be on a month to month tenancy and the tenant shall give a minimum of thirty (30) days written notice prior to vacating. The tenant called the office on Wednesday Nov 27th saying they had completely moved out and would be turning in keys on Friday, November 29, 2024. Since the lease expiration date if December 31. 2024 the tenant is obligated to pay December 2024 rent in full. We received a written notice to vacate on November 28, 2024 for a move out date of November 1, 2024. The tenant has also paid the rent for December 2024 on November 28th after this BBB Review was made. We are happy to provide a copy of the lease for verification. We explained the situation to the tenant and they have a copy of their lease so we assume they realized the obligation and therefore paid the rent to complete their lease agreement.

Treats people less than human. Charges tenants to live in two leases eventhough it's only physically possible to live in one when transferring from one property to the next. Creates bogus charges after moving out 1600.00 for broken blinds and dirty stove and fridge. Charges rent well after vacation of property. Definitely seeking legal options against this predatory company that can care less about people. This is the worst third party company in history avoid at all cost. Didn't want to select a star but it made me.

To protect the privacy of our former tenants we do not wish to explain the details that were left out of this review, however, we have met with the former tenant in our office and explained the situation and offered and provided a letter of explanation to any prospective rental agencies he might want to do business with, in the future.

Denise was our realtor that helped us get into our place. she was very helpful and nice, and went out of her way to go show us a place with her phone so we didn't have to drive an hour and a half there. We found a place that was to our liking and price we needed and the company was nothing but nice to our needs and helped us wherever they could. We got approved fast and had no issues. I would recommend them 10/10
