    Ryan was recommended to me by a friend. The job seemed to go well, but his primary concern was getting his roofers to work as fast as possible. While he said multiple times that if there was any problem, we could call and he would rectify the problem, that turned out to be false. He gave us a warranty which isn’t worth the paper it is printed on. Do NOT use him. We have multiple leaks which we are having to hire someone else to fix. We are NOT happy about that.

    After roof was installed and paid for my husband was on the roof a few days later and noticed piece of cellophane had not been removed so that shingle would stick to one below it and seal out wind and rain. as he started looking more closely he found several lengths of shingles like that over the entire back of the roof. texted and called Ryan. ryan said no big deal they would come out and fix the few shingles but has never shown up and will not return text or calls. it was not a few shingles and because they did not install properly could void warranty. i have video of my husband checking just the back side of the roof and it was all over not just one section that they missed doing it correctly. would not recommend. nice guy but not willing to do the complete job and make right what was done wrong.
