      Love this company, they make amazing products. I love that everything has some type of warranty so im never worried about product quality. They also have the best customer service.

      Trusted them w/ 3 yr warranty. I ordered a tonneau cover, got it professionally installed. Within a yr. the covers coming apart from the rails. Looks like it was stapled & not held up to the standards they promote. Spoke to ***, emailed pictures on 12/17/24, emailed 12/19 & nothing. Called 12/28 **** says *** is out the office & will follow up 12/30. Email *** 1/1/25, nothing. Called 1/7 **** says, Sorry **** not here, he is just one of those ppl that leave the office early. Asked for his ********* said no call back for ***. Called 1/8 Chip, forwards me to *** left VM. Called spoke to *****, forwards to ***, no answer. Called back spoke to *****. He looks up email & says maybe the beds too small for your truck. I input my vehicle on their site, to search for best tonneau cover to fit my truck. He says looks like it fell out the rail, I explained it looks that the material was just stapled & fell apart. He talks about shims, shims had nothing to do with it. Says we can send you some shims. Then says sorry, we dont send it separately. I said this is the companys doing because it fell apart, so how does the warranty work. I explain its not the installation, its the cover coming apart. He says you can go buy some plastic molding & try it yourself. I asked if theres anything you can do theres a warranty, he said no. The customer service is the worst Ive dealt with. They are not true to their word, product does not hold up, & their employees dont help nor have any knowledge about the products they claim to represent. They dont care. Spent $1000 for a cover that is worthless because their **** assume that ***** dont know how to install covers. Take your business elsewhere, they are not a company that stands on their word/ pride, they lack cust. service. They could have come up with a solution. They shouldnt be in business if they cant live up to their ****************************** own expectations, its all about money, no regards to being a man of their word anymore.

      Ordered wrong product because website reset. Tried to cancel right away to no response to emails. Emailed customer service multiple times who took forever to email me back and then proceeded not to help me with my problem at all. Tried to contact management with no luck as well. All I wanted was to get the correct part. Was told to fill out the paperwork for a return. I did and still no response. **************** I feel was very cold and short again with not a helpful reply at all!!

      Instructions have tons of mistakes, and their lift kits loose powder coat in a couple months. Shocks constantly leaking. Bumpers don't over line up, weld are horrible. I've been a mechanic for 20 years and have never seen such horrible products.

      i ordered a cold air intake for my truck and it looks as if someone had a good time with a grinder on it it has super deep grinder marks in it also where the mass airflow sensor goes was hit with a grinder there and they scream american made products but my cold air intake said it was made in ***** a plus it arrived ontime but the box was beat up

      Ordered running boards and they keep pushing estimated ship dates back every Monday and every Friday four times now they were ordered on August 13. Called customer service and get the same runaround still waiting on a part thats already been paid for.

      Called 2 times about the light bar for my Tundra. Spoke to 2 different gentleman of which were no help at all.After that I told the Second Gentleman it looks like you cant accommodate me so I guess I will take my business elsewhere and was hung up on.I guess with this kind of customer service and not having the parts to accommodate people you wont be very successful.

      Bought a 7 inch lift for my truck. It already had a 5 inch . Upon tearing 5 inch lift off, realized parts looked similar. I stopped and did some more research and learned that parts are similar other than the strut spacers. Lift states front only gets 7 inch of lift . Ok, so why not make the parts for a 7 inch lift instead of using 5" parts and just changing the strut spacers? If I had know that, would have bought better lift to get actual front and rear 7inch lift ! It's a scam, they are clear because of lift stating front gets 7inch lift only.needless to say, I'm stuck with it, not getting the lift I want, won't support RC any longer.

      Buyer beware 2 inch lift ruined my jeep. Front end sits higher then rear Rumble strip noise when on throttle Death wobble, lots of noises in reverse. No issues prior to lift, multiple issues after. Have since took lift off keep and all the issues vanished. Hm. Called rough country before we took parts off, the guy was so rude. Told us where to measure from even though we have an email from them that says to measure somewhere different. Tried to tell us we were lying when we have written proof. Either way, talked to us like we were stupid and didnt want to wait on hold for 30 seconds for a new measurement. This man needs to be fired. This company needs to be shut down. I thought my jeep was ruined until we took the lift off and all problems went away. Good thing because I was ready to file a small claim against them. Paid for 2 alignments now, spent multiple hours putting and removing this lift for it to not work and for the company who sold it to us to not help at all whatsoever. Do not buy from them
