      Placed an order in September of 2023, check was cashed, received one e-mail in November of 2023 and then nothing. I e-mailed them dozen times about the order with no response. I have tried to phone them but no answer and there is no option to leave a message.

      The beginning of January 2024 Hunters Lodge was mailed and cashed a check in the amount of $361 for the purchase and shipping of military surplus items that have never been received. Literally, a minimum of 50 phone calls by me, most resulting in message of "this mailbox is full", a few voice mails were possible and actually speaking to a person 3 times, with the promise "it will be mailed out tomorrow", which never happens. In the last 30 days no communication has occurred. I've exhausted my patience and desire a full refund.

      In the middle of December of 2023 I ordered a rifle from Hunters Lodge. It was a cz 52 and the price was $188.50 plus I sent $35 Dollars shipping. I received a card in January that they had my ck and licenses but didn't know what I wanted to order. There was a piece of paper in envelope that gave what I wanted but they said it wasn't there. I told them and expected to receive my rifle but it has turned into a disaster. I have emailed them and tried to call several times but have gotten no response.

      I purchased a hand select Brazilian **** ****** and asked for *** for the shipping only. I sent in a Money order for 305 (MO serial number was ********** dated FEB 08) the *** was for the entire order of ****** and not just for the shipping which I assume should have been *****. I attached the emails where ****** confirmed this and also **** submitted a claim on 3-29-23 because I guess **** never sent the check. At this point I want either a store credit for the 300 or a check sent to me at the address below: it has been almost 6 months since you submitted the claim and 7 months since I sent payment. I attached photos of the other emails so it is all in one spot.I have attached screenshots of the emails where they said they owed me the money, but now they won't respond to anything I send them or when I call.

      On 6/15/2023 I answered an ad placed in ************* for a Steyr 1912 9mm pistol for sale through Hunters Lodge. I mailed ck #**** in the amount of $359 which was cashed 6/22/2023. There was an exchange of emails with **** asking for FFL of my club which was provided. I have called numerous times asking when the gun will be shipped; nobody answers the phone and the message box is full. They do not reply to emails. I never received an order number. I have filed a complaint with the ************************* hoping that the threat of prosecution for fraud will get someone's attention. I would prefer the merchandise but will settle for a refund.

      My original order via US Mail was sent 2/14/2023 and fully paid via check.Merchandise received on April 18 only included one item (qty of 2) that represented items pictured and or described in magazine ad and or on-line web site. I received a box with other items either not ordered at all or were apparently substituted as similar items. Despite a letter of explanation and three requests for a refund for the returned unsatisfactory substitutions, or unordered items, no refund has been received to date. I do have copies of everything. but no way to upload. My return package with tracking indicated receipt at the business zip code on 4/12/2023, the three requests for refund were sent as Certified Mail with return ** post receipts. I will be unable to respond to any BBB questions until June 21. If there is not resolution at that point I will follow with complaints to the ******** *************************** The ****************** and the ** *************** I will be able to take pictures of the documents I have at the June 21 date. I am hopeful a letter from the BBB will help speed my refund.

      Hello Hunters Lodge Corp., May 22nd.March 8th ~ ~ I inquired about the purchase of two guns you were advertising in ************** A Steyr M12 pistol and a Spanish ****** M.1916 short rifle (Mauser) in 7x57mm. I also inquired as to whether you had the *** info of either of the two local dealers I use most often.You responded that north items were available, shipping would cost $67.45, and that you needed the *** info for one of my dealers.March 9th ~ ~ I arranged with ***** of **************************, **************************************************************************************** (phone ************) to have their *** sent to you. I then mailed you a check for $636.45 along with specific information to ordering the Steyr M.12 for $309 plus $20 for hand selection, and the Spanish ****** for $220 plus $20 for hand selection, plus the $67.45 for shipping. I emailed you the same information and enclosed a copy of the email along with the check I sent.March 10th ~ ~ You responded to my email, thanking me for my order.April 14th ~ ~ A month having passed with no receipt of the order, I verified that my ***** Fargo check #**** of March 9th had cleared my bank on March 20th. I emailed this information to you, inquiring as to what had become of my order.April 17th ~ ~ ****** of your staff responded to my email, saying you would ship ASAP.April 27th ~ ~ After over another week, I emailed again to verify my order had been shipped. April 28th ~ ~ ****** of you staff responded *** or C&R name. Will ship ASAP. I immediately once again confirmed with ************************* of ************************** that hed emailed their *** info on March 9th, and that hed had no calls or emails from you with any questions. I responded by email, again reiterating that my check had cleared the bank and providing contact info for ****************** and myself.May 1st ~ ~ ****** responded Your order is now in the shipping department and will ship ASAP"May 10th ~ ~ After over another week, I emailed you in follow up to determine why I still have not received my order. I did receive a response to this email.May 19th ~ ~ I verified once again with ************************* of, **************************, that they have not received my order, or any other form of communication from you yet.Gentlemen, I believe Ive been quite patient, but over two months have passed and I do not have the items I ordered, and ASAP no longer means anything. I need a specific response with some detail and contact information so that one of two actions can take place. Ideally, the items ordered have already been shipped and specific detail as to the date and means of shipment can be provided, or they can be shipped today, again with specific detail as to the means.       On July 30, 2022 I ordered a Portuguese Verguiero Mauser rifle and sling from their ad in ************** enclosing a current copy of my C&R FFL and a postal money order for $289.84. My previous dealings with this company have almost invariably involved long delayed deliveries, but as of now (8 Feb 2023) something like six months have passed, and I suspect there will be no deliveries as of this time. No contact via phone or email. I don't know why I went on doing business with these characters, but I won't any more.

      I sent a complaint 0n 1/12/2023. About that time my email went down for several days. i don't know if you received that complaint. Here is a basic copy..I sent Hunters Lodge a $521.76 money order ( *************** Union check No. *****) and a copy of my C@R license *********************, expiration 8/1/2024) for two M1943 Spanish Main Battle Rifles on 11/22/2022,Hunters Lodge advertised these rifles in a November issue of ************** I checked with the ************ and the Money order was cashed 11/29/2022.On 12/19/2022 I started calling Hunters lodge concerning my order. After numerous calls and an email someone answered a call on 12/29/22. I explained why I was calling. He said I should receive my order the following week. To date I have not received my order. I have again called more 10 times and have sent another email with no response. I want my order filled or my money back.

      On October 7, 2022, I sent a US Postal Money Oder to Hunters Lodge to cover the purchase of 3 **************** rifles and shipping in the amount of $404.70. This money order was deposited to their bank account on October 12, 2022 according to the **** trace of the money order. As of this date, I have never received the merchandise. They don't respond to emails, phone calls, or voice mails left on their answering machine and i feel have no intention of fulfilling their obligation after 3 months have elapsed.
