I purchased this agreement a couple of years ago, never used them before until now, I trusted the dealer that this was a solid warranty company. I went in to have my oil changed and the mechanic noticed that my rear differential was leaking and needed repaired. Dealer called the warranty company and they said they were overcharging labor by 2 hours and I would have to pay the difference. So, I took the car to an independent shop, they quoted me the same. Both shops told me that this warranty company was difficult to work with. So, I'm stuck paying the $100 deductible and about $400-$500 out of pocket for a $2,200 repair. When I called to ask them why 2 different shops quoted the same.. they said they have a book telling them what it should cost and to get over it. Never had this type of hassle before, pass on the NESNA warranty and find a better company to work with, I wish I had.

It’s been 10 weeks with no answer on if they are going to cover my truck or not. I call everyday with the same run around answer. Waiting on pictures. The dealership has sent them everything they need. Would never use them again after this.

I purchased a warranty with this group on 2/24/24 .. With that said we had a mechanical issue come up after a week of owning the vehicle only to be told they would not cover our issue? We purchased a bumper to bumper warranty and now they claim they want cover it! Why sell a warranty if you're not going to honor it?? And if im not mistaken this falls under The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act... My wife and I are out of 1100.00 Due to this company not covering our vehicle which is pure **... My only hope that karma will serve yall well....

If I could give 0 stars I would. One day my car would not start. Took it to the dealership and the determined it was from a piece of metal that had broken off and traveled through the engine. The warranty inspector came out and agreed with the diagnostic. I turned in all of my oil change receipts proving that they were all done on time. The warranty adjuster Devin t**** denied my claims due to maintenance. He said the dealership that has my car is lying and his own companies inspector was lying. Even though they have all receipts proving my oil was always changed on time ever single time. I am currently contacting a lawyer and will bring this as far as I need too. Devin has hung up on me and hung up on the dealership as well. He lies, has no customer service skills, and is CLEARLY incompetent. He makes accusations and assumptions. He changes his story constantly. Told me my oil change company went out of business even though they have been legally operating for years and have never been out of business. He does not return phone calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Very unhappy only used it one time since purchasing it and they'll refuse to pay for repair break pads after axel seals were leaking and cause rear pads to go bad as well as emergency break I pay 188 dollars a mouth thinking about canceling it

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately, our vehicle service contracts do not offer coverage for non-covered items, even in the event of consequential damage. According to sections 1 and 5 of your vehicle service contract, there is no coverage afforded to non-covered items in the event of damage from a covered component.

I am happy to have purchased a warranty package for my ***** Grand Caravan. I know my dealership was able to have my vehicle that I purchased from Nissan checked out and approved for transmission repair, but I have not been able to get in touch with the # provided to me to seek reimbursement for the rental I have had to pay for the last couple of weeks. If somebody could please contact me regarding this issue I would greatly appreciate it! : )

My 2017 *** Acadia I purchased in February of this year with an extended warranty is throwing a p0700 code, Transmission control Modular. *** dealership says it needs new transmission. Quality Guard said they want me to pay 600 dollars to prove its my transmission. I deductible is 100 dollars. Why do I have to prove it. If the mechanic says the transmission oil is black and it was just service with in the last couple of months, shouldn't the mechanics word be good enough?

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We have not requested that you pay any amount of money to prove failure to your vehicle. This is false information. There was a third-party inspection company assigned to confirm the failures to your vehicle. We have photos of the There was no failure confirmed to your transmission during the inspection. There was a three mile test drive performed and there were no issues found during the test drive. The transmission fluid was clean and in good condition, not burnt. We have photos of the fluid as well. It is worth noting that you have coverage on your vehicle until 109,974 miles or until 02/13/23. There is coverage for the transmission under this vehicle service contract as long as failure can be confirmed. If you are confident that there is an issue with the transmission, I would encourage you to bring the vehicle to a different repair facility that is not providing false information on our behalf and is willing to work with our inspector to point out failure to the transmission. Have a great day and I sincerely hope you are able to get this issue resolved with a different repair facility.

I am very unhappy with Nissan Extended Warranty Services of NA. I had to cancel my plan 6 months after purchase and despite being promised a prorated refund after a $50 fee, I was given only 10% of what a true proration would have been. They charge a "prorated earned premium" which is nothing that was explained to me and I think is a made up term to give an excuse to keep more of the money I paid. I will never use these people again and recommend that you do not either.

Terrible company! I purchased a used vehicle a year ago from Nissan. I have put less than 5000 miles on it since February 2022 when I purchased it. I went to a funeral 2 weeks ago and the vehicle all of the sudden had an issue. I have never had any issues before. We found a mobile mechanic after sitting at a store for hours and had it towed to his shop where it has been sitting for 2 weeks now…did I mention IN ANOTHER STATE?! I was stuck in another state! I am being told that the repair is not under warranty because the head gasket had a warp? This vehicle is garage kept and is regularly maintained even though it is not drive. This was our 2nd road trip in it and this happens and you are telling me that it isn’t covered?! I’m expecting a resolution and my vehicle to be fixed. It has been 2 weeks and hundreds of dollars that I have spent and am still without a vehicle…that is stuck 2 states away from me in un-working order!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a rating. In review of your claim. it was found that the cylinder head was warped beyond serviceable specification. The maximum allowed cylinder head flatness deviation as described by the manufacturer is 0.05mm. The amount of cylinder head flatness deviation found on your engine (cylinder head) was double the maximum amount as set by the manufacturer at .10mm. This was confirmed by a third-party inspector as well as the repair facility servicing the vehicle. Due to this, the engine must be replaced as a whole as opposed to only replacing the head gasket itself. This was the reasoning behind the denial made. This specific measurement is used by most OE manufacturers and service contract providers to determine whether or not an extreme overheat event has occurred. According to your vehicle service contract, there is no coverage afforded for repairs caused by extreme overheating or continued operation with an overheat issue. I have included the contract verbiage which was used in reference to your claim, Section 5 "What Is Not Covered" 5.8 Any failures due to: Overheating of the powertrain or engine, regardless of cause. Continued operation with a failed component that may result in further damages. In closing, the reason that the engine in your vehicle requires replacement, is due to an excessively warped cylinder head that cannot be repaired requiring replacement of the engine assembly as whole. The reason it cannot be repaired is due to the amount of warpage. The excessive warpage of the aluminum cylinder head can only be caused by overheating of the powertrain. We apologize that this may not be the answer you were seeking, however we are adhering wholly to the terms and conditions of your vehicle service contract and its coverages afforded.

I appreciate your response. However, this vehicle was not driven overheated. I was at a funeral, left the cemetery it threw a code (don’t know terminology) and we pulled over and sat where the tow truck met us. I have only put 4,999 miles on this car since its purchase and is well maintained. I can provide proof and affidavits from the 4 people with me, participants at the funeral and the tow truck driver/mechanic confirming that this vehicle was not driven over heated.
