      2015 ram 5.7 hemi, 4 yr warranty deluxe, camshaft and lifters $5000 to repair, an adjuster came out 2 weeks later to repair shop listened to the motor and read the code the diagnostic reader put up, #2 cylinder misfiring repair man gave the adjuster all parts needed and part numbers truck is currently sitting for 4 weeks now waiting for an approval or denial mechanic gets nowhere when he calls warrenty company.so I told my mechanic that i will take the money out of my retirement to get it fixed I called this company and was told that they cannot give out any information to the customer only give it to repair facility, and also I paid $2999 for the deluxe plan will probably get my attorney involved seriously they will not tell me the status of my claim, dont waste your money this company Is not one of the good ones

      I was told directly to lie to ******* about the faulty engine that they provided so ******* would replace it. 3 engines later I've now been told to commit fraud because they won't replace the third bad engine they've made the repair facility install. At a loss. I still owe $7000 on a car that these extended services have made unusable

      In my quality guard+ contract it says it covers a/c and a full list of 50+ items covered. I get a call from the dealer after 2 weeks that the warranty denied fixing the broken a/c. Claiming I have to pay $1,800 out of pocket. America and Nissan are corrupt scammers. I will be calling Quality Guard today!

      First where do I start with this company... First we will start with the lag time and unnecessary diagnostics and extra things they required of the Dealership when I took my vehicle in for repair, as if they did not trust the dealerships diagnostics. This back and forth lasted for almost 2 weeks and as a result it costed me a little over $1500 in rental car fees as it was a little over a month before I got my car back from getting a repair that should have only taken a few days. Put in for rental reimbursement and was approved for less than half back and to date have not received the check they say was mailed. I work processing checks and payments for distribution to clients and there is no way that it takes a month to complete this. Most it should take is just a few days. Then when I call them I get the run around and no direct answers on if the check was mailed or is it still being processed. no one can give a clear answer or even the phone number to a supervisor or corporate office. They have very bad customer service and respect and they need to have policies and practices that are more customer centered and focused when a customer calls in with a issue or concern. I have never had to deal with anything like this company ever in all the years of buying cars with extended warranties. In the future I will never buy another vehicle from Nissan if this is the extended coverage they are using.

      I purchased this agreement a couple of years ago, never used them before until now, I trusted the dealer that this was a solid warranty company. I went in to have my oil changed and the mechanic noticed that my rear differential was leaking and needed repaired. Dealer called the warranty company and they said they were overcharging labor by 2 hours and I would have to pay the difference. So, I took the car to an independent shop, they quoted me the same. Both shops told me that this warranty company was difficult to work with. So, I'm stuck paying the $100 deductible and about $400-$500 out of pocket for a $2,200 repair. When I called to ask them why 2 different shops quoted the same.. they said they have a book telling them what it should cost and to get over it. Never had this type of hassle before, pass on the NESNA warranty and find a better company to work with, I wish I had.

      It’s been 10 weeks with no answer on if they are going to cover my truck or not. I call everyday with the same run around answer. Waiting on pictures. The dealership has sent them everything they need. Would never use them again after this.

      I purchased a warranty with this group on 2/24/24 .. With that said we had a mechanical issue come up after a week of owning the vehicle only to be told they would not cover our issue? We purchased a bumper to bumper warranty and now they claim they want cover it! Why sell a warranty if you're not going to honor it?? And if im not mistaken this falls under The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act... My wife and I are out of 1100.00 Due to this company not covering our vehicle which is pure **... My only hope that karma will serve yall well....

      If I could give 0 stars I would. One day my car would not start. Took it to the dealership and the determined it was from a piece of metal that had broken off and traveled through the engine. The warranty inspector came out and agreed with the diagnostic. I turned in all of my oil change receipts proving that they were all done on time. The warranty adjuster Devin t**** denied my claims due to maintenance. He said the dealership that has my car is lying and his own companies inspector was lying. Even though they have all receipts proving my oil was always changed on time ever single time. I am currently contacting a lawyer and will bring this as far as I need too. Devin has hung up on me and hung up on the dealership as well. He lies, has no customer service skills, and is CLEARLY incompetent. He makes accusations and assumptions. He changes his story constantly. Told me my oil change company went out of business even though they have been legally operating for years and have never been out of business. He does not return phone calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

      Very unhappy only used it one time since purchasing it and they'll refuse to pay for repair break pads after axel seals were leaking and cause rear pads to go bad as well as emergency break I pay 188 dollars a mouth thinking about canceling it

      Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately, our vehicle service contracts do not offer coverage for non-covered items, even in the event of consequential damage. According to sections 1 and 5 of your vehicle service contract, there is no coverage afforded to non-covered items in the event of damage from a covered component.

      I am happy to have purchased a warranty package for my ***** Grand Caravan. I know my dealership was able to have my vehicle that I purchased from Nissan checked out and approved for transmission repair, but I have not been able to get in touch with the # provided to me to seek reimbursement for the rental I have had to pay for the last couple of weeks. If somebody could please contact me regarding this issue I would greatly appreciate it! : )
