date was 3/7/2025 at 7:31am ordered food for breakfast and bread on the sandwich was very hard called and worker hung up on me when I was trying to tell them what was wrong so I take it back to the store and was just asking for my money back and the woman begins to tell me I'm not refunding anything and had my paper recite and she gets attitude and tells me I need to leave the property and calls the cops on me and she's yelling at me that she doesn't get paid enough to deal with people like me and I can go f*** myself and leave I just don't understand wasn't being mean or anything else just wanted my food right or my money back and she's the general manager at this location this lady really has some anger problems and I no Hardee's they self don't want paying customer having to deal with this getting food and she's saying over and over ain't no one going to fire me and she said I bet my money ill be here tomorrow and so on I'm honestly stunned manger act like that and think it's nothing going to happen with her acting like that to paying customer's and the address is Hardee's **************************************Business Response

I been contacting and filling out the ***** *** form over and over and nobody is getting back to me regarding my issue last response from ***** *** was 2 weeks ago from ******* and didnt help and she said I gave a 5 star review which was false staffs are threatening me and offending me from ***** *** location district manger is ignoring my issues and concerns I would like a full refund regarding this matter I went to pick my food up that I paid for and the employee handed it to the wrong customer and didnt offer a replacement or refund due to the issue and now they ignored my refund and I got threatened by district manger and staffs I have proof also I would like my refund I filled the ***** *** form at least 20 times you guys arent helping me with my concerns and nobody is resolving it its urgent matter I need my money back very bad experience order number for ****** ** ***************** i would like someone from ***** *** to call me at ************ the district manger told me any report comes from cooperate she will delete it and ignore and was laughing about my issue I would like a refund I would like someone to contact me via phone at the phone number provided urgentlyBusiness Response

On 11/18/2023, my husband came through the drive thru of Hardee's located at **********************************************. When he arrived home with the order, it was discovered my Big Hot ********* was missing and there were no condiments on the Famous Star burger. I called and spoke with ***** who said he was the manager on duty and informed him of the issues. ***** asked if we could come back and he could replace the sandwiches. I told him that my husband is a truck driver and was on the road the whole day and I am disabled and unable to drive so it would not be feasible. I also explained to ***** that even if we lived closer, it would be very inconvenient and would cost gas money driving ***** minutes round trip. I asked ***** if those items could be refunded back to the credit card my husband used to pay for the order and he said that he is not able to do that. We would like that our full order be refunded back to our credit card. If a refund cannot be issued, I would ask for a $50.00 gift card be mailed to me so that the next time we do visit a Hardee's we don't have to pay. Please consider the fact that this was of no fault of the customer and I did not get my sandwich that my husband bought me and his sandwich was missing the condiments. Hardee's was paid in full for the order. We, however, did not receive what we paid for and as a result I have had to expend time and effort in order to get a satisfactory resolution.Initial Complaint

The date of transaction was 11/24/23. The order number was ********. There was supposed to be a deal to get two gift cards that would cost $1.50. I entered the order information and it showed a discount of $200 making my total $1.50. I entered payment information and reviewed the order which was still $1.50. I hit submit and it showed a charge of $171.50 on my receipt. I checked my payment card and they did indeed charge me $171.50 even though my total showed $1.50. I sent them an email asking to cancel the charge since it was a fraudulent total based on their own website. I received an email assuring me that they had a glitch and would adjust accounts of those affected. I WAS ONE THAT WAS AFFECTED. Then I just received an email saying they would not reverse the charge because all sales are final. I believe this was fraudulent on their part because I was prepared to pay $1.50 and instead they changed the total to $171.50. I would like my refund.Initial Complaint

On March 14th 2023 I placed an online order for a platter and cinnamon roll. I used some of my earned points and paid the rest to my credit card. When I arrived at the restaurant it was closed. This is obvious due to short staff for I did not even see an employee in store. When I was able to reach the store the next day, the lady said I would need to file complaint with website. I did. I did not get an call back from them. So I resubmitted the complaint on the 21st. Still to this day no response. We are going on two months. This is not a big amount of money nor big amount of earned points used, but it's still my earned money, points, and time.
