      I can't give it a one-star. My yard has streaks where they missed coverage. TRUGREEN shows up without notification and does not leave a notice on the door about what service they performed. A neighbor whom I have spoken with has the same complaints. He says another neighbor has the same problems as the most recent application, TruGreen showed up 2 days early, did not leave me a doorhanger, and has not returned phone calls or texts. I had been quoted a price and was charged 3x the quoted price. This franchise is atrocious!

      If I could a zero I would. My lawn concerns were never addressed and i have asked several times to speak with a superivor since last Oct 2024 and still have not recieved any call back. Crab grass issue never resolved therefor the re seeing was fruitless. Still many barespos and paid over $3K for this???Horrible and over priced. Charged for services this year which I never agreed to

      If we could rate with zeros we would. We cancelled our service last year due to being unable to speak to a supervisor about our continuing lawn isues. However, even after cancelling they still sent techs to our property. After multiple phone calls and cancellation confirmation emails we believed that the service was cancelled.NOT. Today, a year later, they sent a tech out again. We were not home while he treated our lawn and left. We called again. We were told by their customer service *** that he could see the cancellation from last year, apologized and said he cancelled again for us.....I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that someone would call in the next ***** hours.....not call yet. Terrible service. Don't contract with them is you ever want to cancel.

      We spent $1000 last year for a beautiful lawn and in return we received nothing but large patches of dead weeds and dirt. Extremely disappointed in this service and would not recommend.

      Did 6 treatments. Last one the guy stayed 7 minutes & supposedly spread 140 lbs of weed killer and fertilizer. Was the 2nd time our camera proved they didnt do what they said. When it was reported they offer nothing! Our lawn is in terrible condition. Worse than ever.

      I was a TruGreen customer for two years, and while their it helped my lawn to grow the service was very overpriced and they failed to provide adequate notice before showing up to spray which put my dogs at risk. I called to cancel in September of 2024 for these reasons, and yet even after canceling, they just showed up and conducted another servicing - again without proper notice and even after my service was cancelled. Another $180 in charges. So now Ive called a second time to cancel and had to wait on hold for 20 minutes just to talk with someone. They arent getting another cent from me, and if they show up again it will be considered trespassing.

      Stay far away. Had problems since day one. Showed up complaining of yard size. Second tech, who was a supervisor, did the same thing and said didnt have enough product to do entire yard. Called for a free respray because they said they do that because some places were missed. In app it stated we did not need to be present for respray but tech, supervisor again, refused to start service until she spoke with us. She then confronted us to ask why we said she didnt do her job. This was very unprofessional on her part. She then proceeded to say in the invoice that she inspected the yard and didnt apply any products because it didnt need it. I have videos of ant hills that were missed by our back steps so I know she didnt spray everything. We had a service scheduled today for weed respray and the manager at our local office permanently cancelled our account. I have everything recorded and on video of everything that happened and the level of unprofessional is absolutely appalling. Please stay away from this company!!

      Nothing was resolved. I did speak with someone but nothing resolved. I was told I would receive a call from the local ** beginning of this week and have received absolutely nothing but silence.

      Be very careful when dealing with TruGreen. When attempting to cancel my contract they all of a sudden were able to come down in price over $100 and I still decided to cancel based on the service AND the fact that I requested not to auto renew but even with that request they auto renewed. When canceling, I requested an email verification of the cancellation and was told all she could give me was my confirmation number?? Moral of this story is always know the first price is not their best price and they have some shady practices.

      I would leave 0 stars if possible. The company is completely unethical. I cancelled my services in the fall. Now, this spring, someone comes out and fertilizes my lawn without no phone call, email, nothing. No notice. I reach out to customer service and they say that the lady left a note that they price matched and I agreed to stay, which is not true. There was nothing to price match. I was leaving because I was not happy with the service, not the cost. They make it impossible to cancel from your account and force you to call, but then the agents enter the wrong information on purpose to boost their numbers.

      True Green screwed up my lawn and wouldnt stand behind their promise of a green weed free lawn. I asked my area manager to come out and check out my lawn at the end of the season and he admitted that it looked terrible. He also admitted that his Technician was caught by another customer just pulling up into their drive way, spending a few minutes in their truck and then just pulling away and never doing the application. Since this is a vacation home I was never there to witness this action, but the manager confirmed this was happening. I wasted over $900 dollars that year and they would not compensate me for this. I was told the best they could was to offer me a 15% discount the following year. What a slap in the face! DO NOT USE TRUE GREEN!!!!! They are scammers. They just sent me a text wanting to know if I wanted a quote for this year. WHAT NERVE!
