    eEuroparts has the worst shipping and customer service I have ever dealt with. Their shipping policy claims that your order will ship same day if it is in stock and you order before 2 PM EST. Well, depending on where you are looking/reading, it could also be if you order before 5 PM EST or 4 PM EST. That should have been my first clue that this place was shady. Anyway, I placed my order for several parts on 8/29/24 at 7:20 PM. I get an immediate email confirmation that my order has been places and is being processed. Fine, I expect that will process and ship on 8/30/24. But no, it was still being processed. I contacted customer service via their email prompt on 8/31/24 looking for an update on the status of my order. On 9/2/24, I got a response from customer service stating "We wanted to let you know that we have made a follow-up regarding the issue and are currently awaiting feedback. Rest assured, as soon as we receive any updates, we will inform you immediately." Um, that is what I was trying to do with them! And I guess they now have to do with someone else. So, I don't hear anything and call them in the afternoon of 9/3/24. The customer service rep says that the order is processing, but he cannot tell me when it will be done processing. He says it normally takes an order 24-48 hours to process, but often takes longer. So, how can they claim that they will ship same day! What they mean is that they will start processing your order same day, but not ship for 1-3 days. And then average shipping takes 3-6 days according to the customer service rep! So, I tell them to cancel the order. Well, they can't cancel the order because it is processing. Only submit a request to cancel! What a load of crap!

    Our apologies for the unusual time frame on the shipment of your order. The overwhelming majority of orders do ship, not just process, in the same day time frame. There are some items that can take longer but it is not the norm. We agree that 9 business days is too long to wait for some of the items. Occasionally ***** shows stock for older model parts that are not available in the general warehouse system and they can take longer than usual to actually show movement. We will gladly credit you the shipping charge for your order and again we apologize for the delay and lack of specific information on that stock time frame. We have recently upgraded our shipping for many items to *** 2nd Day air to help quicken the delivery times on delayed items. Thanks again for your patience and understanding.
