    After 25 days holding $800 for the in stock indicated items, they canceled the order as the part is still unavailable.

    I ordered a set suspension parts online and 10 minutes later I decided to cancel the order and I call customer service and I asked him to cancel the order ? And he said ‘he can’t do anything to my order ‘ i said to him it was only 10 minutes ago he said ‘again I can’t do anything you get to wait until it get shipped to ur address and either you refuse or shipped back to us , and then it arrived today and I called back customer service for shipping label? And I was told to pay for the shipping plus 20% restocking fee. I can’t just believe what kind of business the running utirliy Scamming the hard working class what a shame. Shame on you Newparts.com.

    this company *****.... purchased coil springs,they were wrong,application verified,could not get a human,real person,on the phone,wasted time,they sent a shipping label prepaid????,they said it will come off the cost of my rebate,never use this company....

    Scam company. Paid $560 for a genuine ***** sliding door motor. Installed motor and it sounds like it has gravel in it. Cutomer service says I will receive email with return instructions. 1st email wants pictures of item & box. 2nd email wants mileage, explanation of why I'm replacing part, technical report from certified mechanic. 3rd email wants video of the part not working. 4th email states there "looking" into my situation. Contacted my credit card company to dispute charges in hopes of getting some of my money back. Won't ever buy from them again.

    Classic bait and switch. Genuine GM ******* part pictured on their website and priced accordingly. Then a cheap Chinese part shows up. Newparts claims its equivalent and refuses to pay return shipping. I can get the same Chinese part on **** for less than 1/3 the price, but of course, they won't price match **** or ******.
    TOTALLY COMPLETELY DISHONEST!

    Received two WIX oil filters that were defective. The louver holes in the metal core were not punched deep enough, some had no hole punched at all. Sent them pictures and asked for a replacement, they told me about their 20% "restocking fee" and I pay the shipping. For defective parts!! Don't do business with them or you will regret it.

    BEWARE! Avoid this shady, scam of a company. They send me the wrong brake pads but want me to pay a restocking fee and pay for the shipping back to them. If they where a professional, legit company they would send me a prepaid return label and refund my total amount. If I conform to their bogus policy, I'm out of half my money!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!

    Parts were supposed to arrive in 6 days. Called customer service and rep said that parts are still in basket. He asked if I still wanted the parts or if I wanted to cancel my order.
    First time I've ever heard a company so quick to cancel an order.
    The following day I canceled my order. I'm completely dissatisfied.

    Ordered and received two CV axles. The order was shipped in one larger box with the pillow type filler. Most of the pillows had popped because of the weight and movement in the box. The outer box was re-tapped by the shipping company but was so damaged small parts of the order were able to partially fall out and their packaging damaged. A missing seal was discovered. I contacted CS for help. The response was an ask for multiple photos of the packaging, how it was placed in the box, the damage to the box, any damaged packaging and so on. Over dozen photos of the shipment were requested. The cost of the seal would amount to pennies but the packaging photos were much more important to the company. If this is how they deal with a missing part that could have been avoided in the first place I suggest everyone take their business elsewhere. Poor customer service and poor accountability.
