    NEWPARTS ARE CROOKS. Paid $240 for two new oxygen sensors. Two used and damaged sensors show up to me. I immediately start the replace/return process. Today they got their parts back and said that they couldn't replace or refund because these were not what they sent me and I was the one who damaged and used the parts then sent them back to them. This is not the case I had them unboxed for no more than 3 minutes before reboxing them to send back. To accuse me of doing that is insane because obviously they are scamming or not doing the job right. They are not willing to communicate at all. So Now they have my money and their parts and are saying a refund will not be issued. I will have to get my bank involved with this. This is theift and they are scammers

    i purchased item cancelled 1 hr later iwas told you cant canceled order is processed . they are the worst i ever dealt with they promised return label. later refused everything promised pd for return postage of the item and they took original postage out of my return. NEVER DEALT WITH A NICKLE AND DIME STORE IM 70 YRS OLD. ill never purchase from a southern store

    Terrible!!!! Ordered from them and when it arrived half parts were missing. They asked for pictures. I sent pictures. Asked for more pictures. I sent more. Been 2 weeks now and I still have not received the missing parts. Emailed numerous times and all I got was an apology and thanks for your patience. The guy Jim in customer service really should be taught what his job actually is ….because what he is giving out is not customer service. Big headache all the way around. Needless to say, I still have not received the missing parts nor been refunded any money. Criminals

    Part was not what I ordered. I ordered a A/C Compressor for one of our customers. I ordered it with clutch and received one without it. Due to the urgency I notified them and got no response so I ordered parts from honda dealer and the mechanic installed it and then I get a response asking for photos. I took one of the stuff that was on the nose of the compressor and they still will not just refund the costs of the part I had to pay for or refund a portion of my order. I will never order from them again! Awful customer service!

    Well the prices speak for themselves on this. It's hard to go wrong with the price. The only real negative thing I'd have to say is that their "Same Day Shipping" is hit or miss. I placed an order on a Thursday for In Stock items, and it didn't actually get a label printed for shipping until Saturday, and didn't hit the road til Monday according to tracking info. It's not a huge drawback, but maybe changing it to "Next Day Shipping" would get people less excitable when their order hasn't shipped for 2 + days. I am aware of the after 2pm policy, but that's not the point of this critique. Buying parts on a Thursday and getting them the following Tuesday is still great for me, but changing "Same Day Shipping" to "Next Day Shipping" will help your customer service levels as you could in theory "Under Promise and Over Provide" if you can ship same day. Set yourself up for success so to speak. Also, the 30 day return policy should start the date the consumer received the item, not the date of purchase. I understand that is your policy, but it's impossible to return something a person does not have. 30 days is plenty of time to decide if you want to keep something, but it should start the date you received it. I know *** provides confirmation of delivery to both parties so it can easily be done. Critique aside, thank you for the service you offer and I hope you start getting better reviews. P.S. some web browsers like Malware Bytes are blocking your website. "Website blocked due to reputation newparts.com Malwarebytes Browser Guard blocks pages that come from websites with relatively light traffic and have been reported to have malicious activity. If you trust this website, please click CONTINUE TO SITE. Otherwise, choose GO BACK." You may want to look into that. Take care!

    Stay away from this company! I ordered a set of ******** shocks from Newparts selling them through ******. The ad said that these shocks would fit my 2022 F450. When they were being installed it was then delivered that the mounting holes were not large enough for my shock mount bolts. Newparts was notified and immediately blamed me for ordering the wrong shock. Trying to get them returned for a refund was a nightmare, say the least. Numerous phone calls and left messages on answering machines never returned. I had to file a complaint through my credit card company to get my money back and to top it all off, they charged a restocking fee for their own mistake. My advice would be to stay away from this company at all costs. They are crooked and a scam operation.

    Let me be blunt, total scammers! I ordered a shock strut kit that came w only 2 shocks and 1 strut. 2 were in one box and the strut was by itself. The boxes they came in were old and had holes in them. Understand the parts they sell are old overstock and not "New." At first they (Victoria partscontainer Rep) tried to say that the entire order was delivered, and changed her tune after I spoke w *** who said there were only 2 tracking numbers when there should have been 3 based on what the full order would have been. I also provided photos to show 3/4 of my order had arrived. Then they agreed to replace the part and it was their mistake. So Thursday till Monday I heard nothing, no new tracking number, no correspondence. I file a claim Monday afternoon w **** and within 20 minutes of doing it they respond asking me to drop the claim and they'll send the part. They also told me that they cannot sent the part w a active claim. I cannot tell you the amount of times I was asked to drop my claim. This is how they keep from getting strikes against them on **** and screw you out of a part, so do not fall for it!! They know that this is not ebay policy, but will try to convince you that it is. Also do not trust their **** rating, do yourself a favor and ****** Newparts/Europarts. The online reviews vastly contradict their **** rating. Last but not least, **** does not have your back, the only option is a return. (this doesn't help when you've already installed the parts prior to the claim) my mistake on trusting they'd keep their word based on **** rating alone. ****  will not contact the seller accept to do a return. They will not ask them to send the missing item, they will not place a hold on their account and they will not remind them of ebay policies to protect the buyer in anyway even when they have full correspondence between you and the seller proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are dishonest.......the *** part is that Partscontainer already knew this.

    I placed a small, simple order that was filled swiftly enough. When it arrived, instead of plastic side marker domes I received piston rings. I contacted the company the same day. Their response was a bit aggressive (e.g., we don't think we made a mistake, implying I was lying, but it might be possible we had an error), and requested many photos of the box, the label, the items, etc. I submitted all that was asked, and received a reassurance that they would 'resend' (having never sent at first) my missing items ASAP, and would get back to me with how to return the other items erroneously sent. Sounded fine - mistakes happen. From that point forward I was in customer service ****. They played "good cop and bad cop" with me, between Mellisa and Dean B. One demanded I return the items before they would consider sending me the items I paid for, while the other was sweet in the surface, but made suggestions such as "why don't you reorder, with free shipping" while we clear up the erroneous order. At no point did they mention refunding me for the items never delivered, and it was t until after I lodged a complaint with my credit card company that they suggested they would send me a replacement - which was too late at that point to salvage the sale, a customer and their business reputation.

    Don't do business with them. Don't trust customer service personnel Melissa or Dean B.

    I bet they reply with a calm, apologetic response. Maybe even try to make it sound like they were in the right and the victim.

    Don't believe them.

    They had my money, they had the items I purchased, and all they would do is make demands of me and bounce me around between different people with zero resolution forthcoming. Until I reached out to my credit card company.

    Bad way to do business.

    I would give zero "stars" if possible.

    We did ship this customer the incorrect product. After determining the error we offered a pre-paid return label to send the items back for exchange or credit and the customer refused to return the products unless we expedited replacements for what was ordered immediately. He then proceeded to call and email our customer service group non-stop demanding to have the items be sent before the return was processed or even shipped back. We answered all of his communication. He has contacted his bank and refuses to use the return label. We would be more than happy to credit the customer once he returns the products that were shipped to him in error. He did promise to roast us in reviews for not meeting his demands and it appears that he is making good on that. Over 22 years in business and you can see how few BBB claims we have with literally tens of thousands of orders shipped. If we make a mistake we are happy to pay the cost to fix it. I'm very sorry that this customer didn't receive the product that was ordered. I agree that we failed completely in that regard.

    Thank you BBB for a chance to respond. As I expected, the big company had someone with some slick spin respond. I'm just the little guy complaining about how my $35 order was handles, and I'm not slick and I don't spin my answer. I have kept all my email correspondence and I'm happy just to offer truth to their response above:

    1. They offered one pre-paid return label one day, and then contacted me later with a different return label. I found that strange and not very business-like. It made me worried.

    2. I never once called them, as stated above. I only emailed them.

    3. I received no resolution to my problem, and after the return label mess up on their part, I worrried I would never see my refund so I informed my credit card company about the problem I was having with this vendor. Little guys have limited options when dealing with big companies.

    4. I never ever mentioned that I would roast them in reviews. My saved records prove that. I never ever left a review on their website or anywhere. If they are suggesting that filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau is a review - well I think that is a disrespect for what is the role of the BBB.

    I placed an order through ******. Ended up returning the order the day after receiving it and did not open the item box just the shipping box. The item was *** DIS Ignition Coil Wires & 6 v-power Spark Plug Kit. You would think a kit would come as one shipment. They stated it was one shipment box and one tracking number, yet I received 3 different packages. Regardless, I returned all 3 shipments. They returned $20 of the $156.71 I paid. They stated missing parts and insisted it was only one shipment. I sent them a copy of the packing slip that was in the shipment box which they acknowledge sending and receiving back yet kept insisted their were missing parts and only one shipment. (The packing slip matched what they acknowledge getting back so I don't know what was missing) They refused to believe their own packing invoice. If parts were missing then they were never sent in that box. They received back everything they sent me and kept most of my money claiming restocking fees. Shady company. I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN AND CAN NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. Thankfully ****** stands behind their consumers and the remainder of my money was refunded with their A-Z guarantee after their investigation.

    Just like their was only one shipping box and one tracking number, yet I received three separate packages. One was from TN and two were from CA. I sent all three back. The box I sent back to TN matched the packing slip you people generated. Someone is not being truthful on your end. Like I said, thankfully ****** stands behind their customers.
