Hello concerned customer regarding log cabins for less. Just wanted to give you a heads up if you're doing business with this company I would definitely get a contract signed. In person they say you will only lose 1,500 if you want your deposit back for any reason. Then when you try to get your deposit back they hit you with a 20% charge. Never said that I would take delivery of the product .Have been trying to get my deposit back in full . Received 7.9% of my initial deposit and will not give me a timeline for the rest of my deposit. It's been 66 days since initial contact with their salesman and told them that I cannot move forward do to New York State regulations with the R value of the logs .They say they do not have the rest of the funds to return the deposit in full

Company states they will not be refunding any money and that the State of New York does indeed allow these log homes. Company's attorney states the customer needs to fulfill his obligations and that his material is ready to ship when they receive the remainder of the payment. The customer has paid for half of his product. The company is willing to ship half the product which is what the customer paid for.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
This company needs to full fill their obligation which is written from them in a contract to me saying that they will refund my money which is owed to me after taking out 20 % percentage their words. This company stopped paying me my money and stopped responding to me for months. months I text called and emailed with no response this is how this company does business and that's why I contacted the Better Business Bureau because I don't want to see other honest customers have to deal with this company
