If I could give 0 stars, I would!!!!! The office manager, Kristie R****** is beyond horrible and should be fired immediately. She lies to patients continuously and is a huge bully. She has left me in tears many times and I am finally done with it. I like my doctor a lot who helped me when I was extremely sick, but I am finding a new one right away. She guesses what your future bill will be and pre charges you BEFORE you even see your doctor. My co-pay is $35 and I already met my deductible back in February; however she tried charging me $89 for my visit. When I corrected her, she said it was from a previous balance which was $25. That previous balance was after I hit my deductible and she still insisted in me paying it in order to see my doctor about my medication I rely on. Then when I finally game in, they said I owed them $89. First off, I think my 7 yr old can figure out $35+$25 is NOT $89!!! Again, they are trying to take more money from me than I owe. This place has had so many complaints about this woman and for some reason, they will not fire her! Something is really shady about this situation! If I were a betting woman, she must have something over this place because if she worked anywhere else, she would have been fired a long time ago! Luckily I am with it enough to catch this kind of thing, but I can’t imagine how many people just believe her lies and overpay for their appointments! It sickens me that she can get away with what she gets away with. Someone needs to check into this place for illegal actions!
