I have contacted this business on several occasions, and they have refused to assist in any way. I was billed incorrectly upon going to the ENT for a standard hearing check. - In June 2021, I paid a $** specialist copay in full on the day of my appointment - Upon paying the copay, the employee who processed my payment confirmed that the copay would be my only charge - I also asked the employee if there were any procedures that would not be covered, and I avoided the one procedure they listed - ******** saw me for a total of less than 15 minutes - ******** told me my hearing was great and he had no concerns - ******** told me he was going to get my hearing tested as a standard part of the process - ******** confirmed this would be fully covered by my insurance and again confirmed the $** copay would be my only charge - I waited for over 30 minutes for this allegedly covered test - Months later, I was incorrectly billed - I contacted the ENT office several times as well as my insurance provider, and they refused to review or assist
