    My internet went out on September 30th which was a Monday I called and they said someone would be out on Wednesday to fix it. They never showed up I called the next day and after being on hold for an hour I was told that it would be October 9th before they could send someone out ! This is unacceptable !!!!

    This company would get a negative star if it were available. My internet is unavailable a total of 1 to 2 months a year. Customer service can never give us a reason for the outages. We make many phone calls for several days at a time. We pay our bill each month. This company is horrible.

    I pay a bill of over $100 dollars a month and run a business out of my home. Every month my service is out at least 4 to 5 times and now you can't even contact the provider about the service issue.
