Brought furniture before scheduled date would not leave with me as old furniture was not out of home have been trying to get refund for 3 days will not give money over *** ******* they owe me very unprofessional in my attempts to get refundBusiness response

Once customer decided that he wanted to cancel order and wanted a refund, he was informed by the store in Princeton, WV that they would love to assist him but simply did not have the cash in store to do so. We typically don't keep much cash on hand in stores. So in an effort to accommodate him quicker we had a check cut and sent to him at the store. The check (* ****** ** *** ****** ** *******, was printed on 5/29/24 and cashed by customer on 5/31/24. Issue should be resolved and customer should be happy.Initial Complaint

My bed frame that I leased broke the first time and they came out fast and fixed it but now it’s broken for th e second time I was told the regional manager and gm wasn’t available to help me at all, I paid it off AFTER I reported it broke and the workers even came in and took pictures. Now I find myself calling every other day for a week going on two weeks just to get told they don’t know what to doCustomer response

I finally got ahold of the gm or regional manager and they are trying to fix it best they can. I did get a lease violation for the bed being a hazard but at least they are fixing itBusiness response

I first heard of this complaint on 7/15/23 from our Jefferson City, TN Aaron's store, and immediately contacted customer to work out a solution. Due to the bedframe she purchased not being available for a replacement, I gave her a set of metal frames, free of charge, to safely secure her mattress and foundation. I am still actively trying to find her a more comparable replacement for the items she had purchased, but believe we have satisfied customer to the best of our ability in the meantime. I would be more than happy to discuss this further with her and come to a better solution if this is not the case.
