    Please help me, these people towed my car and won't get in touch with me. I paid carmax the exact amount I was told to, then they told me to call UAR to set up an appointment. I've been trying to get a hold of them for hours, and they won't answer. I need my car, this is work negligence. I was told this process would be quick, and it's anything but. Please contact UAR about my information please, I don't want them damaging my car, which they will.

    After days and hrs and hrs of waiting on hold I finally get my car released only for these words to written in Red saying DO NOT START OIL LEAK….NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR WHEN IT REMOVED FROM IN FRONT MY DOOR. THESE PEOPLE HANG UP ON YOU, They DNT ANSWER, IF THEY DO ANSWER THEY PLACE YOU BACK ON HOLD FOR MORE HRS. Ask on 2 different times for a sup both times I received a voicemail….This place should be shut down

    Car repossessed 1/16/23. Redemption with my lender was completed on 1/20/23 at 10:38am. Called United Auto Recovery several times to get my car back. #1--the line of people on the call ahead of me was 95-115 each time I tried to call. #2--left my call back number so they would return my call. Finally got a call back at 1:38pm, answered the call and they immediately hung up. #3--spoke with customer service two or three times later that afternoon. They said they didn't have the redemption letter from my lender although my lender told me they had sent it THREE times. Customer service told me it could take 2-4 or more hours for it to be processed. #4--they told me I couldn't retrieve my vehicle same day, ALTHOUGH I had my lender's sign-off. They had no reason to keep my vehicle after my lender submitted the appropriate release. #5--Since I had no other options, I scheduled a pick-up appt via the United Auto Recovery website on 1/20/23 for pick up of my vehicle on Tues 1/24/23 at 2pm. Monday 1/23/23 I received a text stating "Vehicle Appt DECLINED 1/24 2:00pm. CANNOT ACCOMMODATE". I texted back for clarification with no response and I'm still waiting for a call back today 1/23/23. At this point, this should be considered auto theft since my lender released my vehicle back to me on 1/20/23. Are there any legal ramifications for this? United Auto Recovery does not have my permission to have my vehicle at this point. Are there any legal ramifications for this?
