    ????I went in to fix my power steering pump and get the struts done. They didn’t fix the power steering problem(when I left it still had the same problem I went in for) and “fixed” the squeaking problem by putting brake fluid on the belt. they broke a wheel sensor and the ABS and told me that “my car is old and has a lot of problems so it’s not a surprise that it would randomly break” and said that it wasn’t there fault and refused to fix it. Even though that my car didn’t have these problems when I dropped it off and when I received my car back, I noticed right away that the ABS light was on and told them before I even left the premises that this was not on before I drop my car off. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this shop especially if you’re a woman trying to get honest work done on your car, They are untrustworthy and scandalous.

    The customer went through a company to help with her repairs. Her 1997 Lexus came in here with multiple lights on (check engine light, ABS, ect.) After diagnosing the car, we found many issues with the car. She was granted $1,200.00 for the repairs by a company she was working with so, we could not go over that amount. We put a V-belt on, rear stabilizer links, rear struts, oil change and diagnoses we waved to help a customer in need. Also, we replaced right lower ball joint and left inner tie rod for free. The customer has a power steering pump leaking onto the V-belt making it make a noise, customer said we broke the ABS sensor, we did nothing to that. It is not working and was not working when it came into the shop. Customer was advised about all the issues with the car, she declined services and then took the car and caused a scene in our office/shop with her and another woman with her. I advised both of them not to return to the shop. Also, called the company that was helping with the repairs, they were going to reach out to her. We tried to go above and beyond for the customer, we can only go so far when they decline repairs.
