      Was given one price in a contract on 6/21/24 then when i reached on 7/22/24 to confirm a few days prior to my pick up day they raised the price by ****. I was told TWICE that they cannot honor the original price because the market had changed so I told them to go ahead and cancel my order and hours later after I had already made other arrangements they responded and said that they would honor the original contract. I told them that I had already made other arrangements and they said that they would be charging me **** for cancelling. When I told them that they changed the contract on me which was the cause for the cancellation they denied it and said that was not true and the contract was being honored even though I have in text message that they were not honoring the original price. Then when speaking to their "customer service" agents they were very rude and yelled at me over and over and started making personal jabs at me. If I could give negative stars I would. Please avoid this company

      Date of Transaction: June 5 Scheduled Delivery: June 7 Date Arrived: Junes 7 Date Damaged the Vehicle: June 7 Date Promised to Fixed: June 10th Date Fixed: Pending This company attempted to deliver the car on June 7. However, the driver, while pulling of trailer damaged the bumper, side mirror and headlight all in 3 tries of trying to get the car off the trailer. the driver advised he didn’t speak English and didn’t damaged the car. So we called the police. After we called the police he then confessed the damages and was able to get his boss on the phone. The owner of the company asked if we wanted money in hand or he has a car shop and he can fix it. We said fix it however it has been 3 weeks he still hasn’t delivered the car. We have care insurance, car note, and down payment for a car we don’t have. When we call they pick the phone and hang up. The reps, say they don’t speak English, we leave voicemails no calls back. No real update has been given on the car

      I contracted with US Star Trucking to transport my vehicle for **** and sent a check for ****. The day of pick up they called to inform me that the price would be *****. I asked for a refund. After many, many contacts, they told me that their financial department would send a check. Nothing has come yet even after calls with Alex, Clint and Brian. I want my refund for contract that THEY did not honor.

      This company quoted one price scheduled the service the changed the price on the day of pick up. They leave you with no options if you need to schedule delivery of your car on time to a specific location. It’s a really bad bait and switch tactic. Ever use them again.

      Signed a contract with Max Malone on 5/26/2024 to pick up car in Austin, Tx and deliver to Milwaukee, WI for **** to be picked up on the 3 June 2024. No pick up on the 3rd, so I contacted the company and they said it will be picked up on the 4th the next day. Fine, so I had to re-arrange my schedule again. Then they call me the morning of the 4th stating the price has doubled to ***** if I still wanted it picked up. They wait until the last minute, so you are in a time crunch and jack up the price. You have to wait 10 days from the scheduled pick up date to cancel without penalty, again they think they have you over a barrel so you will pay the jacked up Price. But I can wait the 10 days and find a reputable Auto transport company. They have until then to pick up and deliver my vehicle at the set Contract Price. (See Attached Contract) Very unprofessional business practices. My guess is they knew how this was going to play out on the 26th when I signed the contract in good faith.

      I used this company to ship my car from Nevada to Pennsylvania i originally was quoted ***** to ship but the company breached the contract and charged *** more dollars. The agent never represented himself as a broker we we first did business. The day of my scheduled pick-up I got a call stating that the driver no longer wanted to accept the load and that they would have to find another driver It took a few days the driver that they found was going to charge ***** we went back and forth finally I did sign a new contract and the contract states the delivery would be 4 days after pick up. the delivery took 13 days. James **** kept giving me excuse after excuse as to why my car had not been delivered finally after nearly 10 days I called James once again and told him if my car was not delivered that day by 5 pm i would call the police and report my car stolen. My car was finally delivered 13 days after pick-up.

      I contracted with them for the pickup of my vehicle for ****. The called the day of the pickup to say it would be ***** They said that there wouldn't be any drivers for *****  When I threatened to report them to the BBB and Attorney General's office for deceptive advertising, the individual called me...to call me a n*****, and that he would drive to my house and f*** my wife, since I wasn't a real man. He followed up with two more phone calls continuing the insulting and derogatory threats. I want my vehicle shipped as requested for 1. At this point, I would like further compensation for the sexual threats against my partner as well, but that will be pursued as a civil action most likely, since his comments according to local law enforcement are "just this side of illegal".

      They still ********* ** ********** ** *** ***, and they did nothing to answer the actual complaint of the nasty, racist, sexist, hateful phone calls I received.
