    Tyler was willing to send his technician Reece to see why my cabin didn't have heat. They went to my cabin in two hours but they didn't fix my heat pump and there wasn't any heat when the technician left. They charged me $149 dollar service fee and the total was $509 for nothing. I still don't have heat.

    Awful Company...Avoid!!! Avoid!! I paid $3,600 for Installing a new Sink in Basement, 2 new shower heads, Hooking up Gas line to new Stove. (which never happend) Install New Diverter in Bathtub which Mike had Promised to Order but Never Did,, Repairing of Laundry Room Faucet that was leaking and ended up Paying for New Drain System cause he said it was probably leaking so he Tore into the drywall and I had to Hire A Drywall repairman to Fix....Ryan one of their Plumbers Mixed up the Hot & Cold Valves on Both showers, and Mike Promised to Repair the damage and said Ryan was fired. . Ryan had Cut into the Drywall on 2 showers and 1 of them was too Big and they wanted me to pay a drywall repairman to fix it. We settled on having them Install a Rubber Patch (not very attractive) on both Showers. After week after week till 3 weeks of promises and finding out Mike the other Plumber had quit...(wonder why?) They sent out Wayne a new plumber he had been with the Company 3 days.... to fix the mistakes the other plumbers had done. They might have been 5 *star rating Good and but thats no longer the case...
