      I am very disappointed at Verizon, their FiOS service. I have been a loyal customers for years. I am unemployed, and I have been forced to find a new provider for a lower price. Called three weeks in advance to cancel my services. To my surprise I got charged again for another month. They argue that they don’t do prorated charges. I called two days after issuing a new bill. This is not right. I ended up paying now for FiOS and the new provider. This is not right. I don’t have the funds to pay two different services. This is a scam. When I first joined, they were promoting themselves and with no contracts, no strings attached. They are literally charging me for a month of a service that I will not use. These are the type of things that I will remember if they want me back. Cannot believe them. This is so unfair as a consumer.

      i bought the service on the 5th of feb and returned it 2 days later on the 7th . i was told i had 30 days to change my mind .what they didnt say there was a 50 dollar restocking fee. the 21 st of feb they took out 149.24 because i was on auto pay .i went back to the store and they said i would get a refund . now it is march 9 th and i got an email saying they were going to take out another payment .i called verizon main line and was told the phone had to be returned to the warehouse. they sent a ping and confirmed it was in the store.still no refund and i am still getting the run around. i believe they are doing this on purpose because of commision reasons .**** ***** ** ********* ******** ****4

      VERIZON IS A SCAM!!! I got charged twice ($350) for the fist month of bill in the account that has my husband and me. Called the customer service and NO SOLUTION AT ALL. I then was directed to apply for $350 gift card which we only used $80, and now after we disconnected from Verizon, we received a bill of $700!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called customer service just now again for an hour and NO SOLUTION AT ALL!! In the email it threatened me that if I don't pay, it would affect my credit score. Why I needed to pay the amount that I NEVER USED!!! Not to mention the first overcharge in my bill. I WILL CONTACT ATTORNEY GENERAL AND WE NEED TO MAKE IT A CLASS ACTION unless Verizon helped us solve the problem. THIS IS TOO UNACCEPTABLE, I LOSE MY TIME AND MONEY!!!

      I visited this Verizon store when my phone stopped working around Christmas and Verizon lost my phone number and gave me a temporary one [and charged me 35 dollars for a connection fee]. After working with Brandon for several visits it was suggested I buy a new phone to see if that was the problem. It still didn't work so I returned it on the 7th of January after this I left Verizon because no one could help me. Even though I returned the phone and equipment. Verizon removed 1298.99 from my checking account for the IPhone 14 Blue. Numerous calls with the manager yesterday 3/6 giving me his cell phone number {lie no one answers] and claimed he would be able to get Verizon online to take care of this problem another lie left messages no call back.I now feel Cellular Salls is taking advantage of the elderly. Wish someone could help.

      I have been a loyal customer of verizon for a decade now. Everything was smooth for awhile; My due date was on the 8th and that perfectly in my budget. Then at some point , it changed. It was then due on the last of the month, which messed up my budgeting, so i just kept paying like i used to and ate the late fee. No problem, the late fee isnt much. Now, with the economy crapping out like it is, its time for belt tightening, and the due date for verizon is one of them. so i requested my due date be changed to what it used to be. and not only did they change the date to later than i wanted, they told me there would be a fee to change it on the next bill, WHICH I PAID. so all is good, right? Nope. now i have another bill almost double what it should be. The way the sales team explained to me, that one fee was going to be the only change in the price of the bill, now im looking at over 400 dollars on a new bill. If this was explained to me from the get go, i wouldnt have changed the date. It was extremely dishonest of the sales team, and i feel screwed.

      I will be contacting the Attorney General. Absolute fraud and deceit from the Centerton Arkansas store. Don't fall for the $200 gift card scam.. Supposedly it comes vis SPAM e-mail so you can't use it and upper management says they will not honor it/re-send it if you do not get it. According to an HONEST customer service rep., the system has been flawed since roll out.

      Cellular Sales has been in contact with the customer previously and were able to confirm that the rebates were sent to the customer by email. The customer is stating they went to a spam folder automatically. If that is the case the rebates are still usable and can be moved to their inbox. If the customer has any additional questions regarding their rebates, they can contact Verizon's rebate center at 1-800-457-0864.

      My experience with this company was that they are unethical and dishonest in order to make sales commissions. I have been a Verizon customer for 20+ years but am now searching for a new company that is reputable. On 11/25/2023 I visited the Orange Park store as phone was not charging. Salesman inspected the phone and advised me the phone was not repairable and encouraged me to purchase an upgrade phone. I pushed back as I had purchased coverage to repair/replace my phone but he said it would be more to my benefit financially to upgrade as "THE BALANCE YOU OWE ON THE OLD PHONE WILL BE CLOSED OUT" and I would only have to pay for the new phone. He ran some numbers and continued to insist the numbers worked in my favor by upgrading vs. trading in my phone with the coverage. I went with his advice and he provided instructions to return the old phone. I returned the phone as he instructed but several days later, it arrived back in the mail to me from Verizon with a note that they would not accept it because the screen was cracked. I will reiterate that Verizon's partner, Cellular Sales knew the screen was cracked as he inspected the phone before advising me what to do. I filed a complaint with BBB and today I received a call from Cellular Sales advising that they would agree to credit me a small portion of the old phone but I would be responsible for paying a $250 deductible. What this means is that I am paying the deductible for the old phone (as if they had replaced the old phone WHICH THEY DID NOT) PLUS I AM NOW PAYING FOR THE NEW PHONE I WAS ADVISED WAS THE BETTER FINANCIAL OPTION by Cellular Sales. This is entirely unacceptable and clearly this company is operating unethically in order to make sales.

      Earlier this week I went to the Morrisville NC store to discuss my bill. As a long time Verizon customer I want you to know that Katy ******* was the associate who helped me. She was terrific ?? Besides being extremely friendly, helpful she was very knowledgeable. I am a senior citizen (83) also a retired middle School Science teacher. I want you all to know that I am giving Katy an AA+ for service She went beyond what one could expect. Needs to be given employee of the month. Pat ****

      I signed up for Verizon service along with a phone on 04/26/2022. I changed my mind because I was offered something better so after a minimal amount of difficulty I received a Disconnection Team phone number 800.392.0717 that I called and received an address to return the unopened package (never activated) which I promptly returned and received a refund for my original $14.40 05/07/2022 payment. Done deal right? Of course now I am receiving Verizon emails which I am just ignoring automated I guess. Then 07/30/2022 $148.76 is taken from my account (I never signed up for auto pay). So after Close to an hour on the phone and speaking to three different people. I am told that this charge was taken according to a backup payment agreement as part of your Terms of Service but not what the charge is for also I have now been sent a Courtesy Bill with a zero balance, and shows the $148.76 payment received but no description for the charge. So the thing is I see no reason for this charge and want my money back. This is nothing but misuse of personal information.

      Cellular was at our state fair, unfortunately I stopped at their booth. The salesman gave a good speech about how if my partner and I would combine our phones into one account how much money we would save. Have had nothing but trouble since, we are paying $50 MORE then we did when we had two accounts. Did not give us the rate they quoted us, and saying they can't. I'm planning on paying our phones off and going too another network, even went the Verizon store and they wouldn't do anything. Very piss poor company.
