1 starI have a 2019 Dodge ram. A recall has been issued for the back window. I made 4 visits in 6 months to fix the issue. they did replace the third taillight and replaced the windowsill. It was still leaking. My headliner and back seat are stained. It took three more weeks to get the window replaced. I was charged over 900 hundred dollars for the window. This was a recall. I have sent emails and left messages no answer no return call. This place has made me not to own another Crysler.Review fromAmy W

1 starBought a 2023 jeep there brand new. I had it for 5 months it was making a thumping noise and blowing smoke when I would start it. I took it in after an appt being made but they refused to give me a car to drive after they drove it and said something was clearly not good. They had the jeep 4 months with 3 new motors and a new rear end later. The communication was horrible and no one knew what was going on with my jeep when I called. I was being lied to and told my jeep would be completed soon. So I decided I would trade after they said it was fixed and had been towed in to be in the shop once again leaving me without a vehicle to get to work and the dealership did not care. The jeep kept over heating but they wouldn’t trade and gave me a in fair condition trade in lowering my trade in value and was told by the salesman because of the motors put in it and the issues it had that’s why. Needless to say I traded elsewhere because when I would speak to the dealership they were extremely rude and clueless. I was told by a manager there that the issues were not their problem and I needed to contact the corp. never buy or have anything serviced there again!!!Review fromQuita Z

5 starsI received a call back from the general manager and we worked to get my repair completed on January 25, 2024. They were able to take care of the rail dust though I've had the vehicle now for two years. I appreciate the care, concern, and promptness the GM showed to make a mistake he didn't make right. I have visited since for oil changed and auto butler and gotten to know the techs in between visits. I feel like they have fixed their staffing issues and I've had more pleasurable experiences since then. Keep rocking North Knox!Review fromQuita Z

1 starI purchased my Jeep Compass brand new in 2022. There was a chip in paint where the headlight rubbed it, and I called and emailed the next day. It's never been fixed. My car has rust deposits in the paint from transport on the back of the vehicle in which they quoted me ***** to repair. I had an oil change about 3 months ago, I requested my tires rotated but they said their tech were at lunch. I said that is fine I can bring it back next week since I originally scheduled the oil change, tire rotation, and auto butler to be done in one day. The following week I took my vehicle in and said please do not do an oil change I was here last week, I only need tires rotated and auto butler. I sat at that dealership for six hours. They changed my oil again, did not rotate my tires, I had to remind them to do it, and completed my auto butler. The next incident, I took it back for updates 3 hours of sitting, and then my air quit working so I had to take it back. The next incident January 9, 2024...I went in for a low tire. It was a 1/2 in Phillip head screw in the thread of the tire. They told me it was on the rim and indeed it wasn't. I took it to Chevrolet and they fixed it. I waited two hours for them to tell me they could not plug my tire which is absolutely unacceptable. I have had only one pleasurable experience at North Knox and that was having a tire plugged (different tire) a month ago. I hate this because I have heard nothing but great things regarding the owner but management has failed this business and the clients it's serving. I have purchase three vehicles between Jeep and Pals and I will take my business elsewhere if I can't get simple things handled at the dealership. I will never buy another vehicle from either entity again.Review fromMegan S

1 starIf I could not give any stars and write a review I would. I will NEVER do business with this place again. We sold them back my jeep that we bought from there to buy a 2024. First off they promised to take my rock lights and fender lights off and they never did and sold as is, then promised to make it right. A week after no response we showed up at the dealership and they told us they sold it with the lights on it. Ok no big deal they promised to replace them for my new jeep. Fastforward 3 months later and we found a different jeep and ended up buying it. They took $1**** off what they bought my jeep for a down payment on the new one. Promised we would get it back. Now they REFUSE to give us the money back and said it wasn’t a down payment. Well you owe us $***** since you took that out of my jeep buyback and said they can’t do anything about my lights either. We have sent so many people here to buy cars,my family alone has bought 4 from them and they treat their customers like this. Can’t respond to any text message you have to show up to get answers. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyoneReview fromSamantha E

2 starsAbout the only good thing I can say is they have a lot of inventory and seem to make good choices when ordering their Jeeps. My husband decided he no longer felt safe riding his motorcycle and they were willing to take it in on trade, so he went to look at a Jeep for me. They had two in my favorite color, both outfitted similarly with some nice add-ons compared to a regular Sport model so we bought one. The finance experience was nothing but lies. We were told by the salesman that he wouldn't charge us for their "Family Plan" add-on which includes the warranty they advertise so we had to buy that separately. In addition, we were charged for "Auto Butler" although the finance guy said he wouldn't charge us because it was already on the Jeep. We were told would remove minor scratches... it does not and at this point I'm tired of driving an hour away to have it reapplied every six months. But the worst is the "tire and wheel" coverage. We specifically asked if there were any exceptions to this, because we knew we would not be keeping the factory tires and wheels and again, Mr Finance Man said "oh no problem. It covers aftermarket wheels and tires." Yeah no. 6 months later I hit a pothole and damage a wheel. The warranty refuses to replace it because "they LOOK like off-road wheels".. they are KMC wheels with a simulated bead lock. DOT approved and not even real bead locks. But because they "look" off-road, they won't fix it. How does a wheel look like an off-road wheel?? And seriously.. it's A JEEP! So they know they're selling these useless plans because even Jeep condones off-roading. So I asked to cancel the warranty that is apparently useless to me and was directed back to North Knox. Guess who won't return a phone call or email. Yeah.. I even went up the chain to the owner himself and he refuses to contact me. So that's another $1200 they charged that is useless to me. If you like giving away money, this is your place.Review fromDeborah N.

1 starAbsolutely the worst service!..I drove my jeep in and after 1 month of them giving me the run around on what needs fixed I showed up unexpected only to find out the parts service guy had been fired and they pulled my jeep out back and left it there and then had the audacity to charge me $1000 for what they DIDNT DO!!! and the mechanic would not talk to us about anything that happened to my jeep..So all the salesman said was I need it towed home because it wouldn't start..so my tow bill was extremely high..I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM !!!COMPLETE RIP OFFSReview fromPaul M

1 starService has attitude. Rude at times. Tell you one thing and change it. Basically told too bad rather than returning a part as assured I could by the operations manager.Review fromSusan

1 starJust purchased a Jeep from this dealership. My salesman knew absolutely nothing about the Jeep and nothing was explained to me prior to driving off the lot. The sales manager is extremely disrespectful. I've tried to contact him several times to discuss the Jeep....my calls are never returned. Once they get your money they are DONE with you. I strongly feel as if they take advantage of females that go in to purchase a vehicle alone. I'm extremely disappointed and will not ever buy from this dealer again.Review fromRon E

Mon June 27th - Phoned Freeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and spoke with Troy **** ext ***** Troy laid hands on part XXXXXXXXAB willing to sell and ship part to North Knox Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM for a 15% part price markup including shipping fee. Phoned Wesley North Knox Jeep parts dept to honor my part request from Troy.
Sat July 2nd paid and picked up Jeep from service rep Sherry. Paid for 15% part price markup and shipping from Antioch, TN Jeep dealer. NO reimbursement NOR any form of compensation.
Had I not requested the part be sent from the Antioch, TN Jeep dealer, I would still be waiting for the part delivery to the North Knoxville Jeep dealer.

I humbly request the President of the Jeep, Jim ********* to take a close look at this location and its General Manager Gary ********** and Brooke ****** at the North Knox Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM dealer. As of today, I will no longer be a Jeep owner neither my family nor my wife's family nor my military friends across this country called America. I have lost my faith in Mopar and the Jeep brand. -My response from the GM Gary Burchfield was, "We're sorry you didn't have the best experience with us.".
