              On December 18th 2023, I requested my medical records from Bearden Behavioral Health to be sent to Chattanooga Behavioral Alliance, and not only did the people at Bearden hang up on me several times, but they were rude and transphobic towards me after I had been a patient there for the last 4-5 years. As well, ******* (who would not give me her last name because she was scared after I threatened to report her to the BBB) said she was going to help me then continued to be rude, as well as another staff member. All I want is my medical results to be sent to Chattanooga Behavioral Alliance so I can get the proper treatment I need while in this new city that I have moved to, I do not appreciate how Bearden treated me, and I would like to report their behavior. I would also like to be rest assured that my medical records can get sent to the proper facility so I can get the proper service I desire.

              My son went to Bearden Behavioral Health for therapy for over 4 years. There was little progress made. Their office is unorganized, they are always running late, double booking appointments, etc. After paying them for 4 years of appointments they refused to provide me with my child's records which they are legally obligated to provide. This place lacks effectiveness and integrity.
