    Woah... First of all Steve asked me to read the reviews on here before I posted and Im glad I did. I am a business owner, and I have experienced how anyone can get on here and post lies about companies without verifying their purchase. It seems like thats the case with all the other reviews that are negative. Or maybe theyre competitor companies?? It just seems fishy is all. Anywho! I had a great experience with them and we look forward to getting out of our timeshare. It means a lot that a company is willing to try and help us since we feel like we made a mistake and were stuck with it. My fiance and I are so thankful! Olivia *****r <3

    I met with the company in August of 2024 and spoke with Micke L about my Wyndham ownership, the entire presentation was very informative and she answered all of my questions professionally concerning getting me out of my timeshare. I was very skeptical at first as I get invites to events regularly with different companies. We moved forward with the cancellation and am pleased to say the process has moved along much faster than expected and am now only awaiting final notification which I should be receiving within the week. thank you so much for all of your help.

    We attended a meeting with consumer protection networks in August of 2024. We were somewhat skeptical as we have been ripped off in the past. We entrusted consumer protection networks to help us get rid of our timeshare. Not only were they able to help us get rid of our contract with bluegreen, they were able to help us recoup some of our losses from the company that ripped us off last year. I'm writing this review because we just received our confirmation of non-ownership in the mail today. We were very satisfied with the service we received from consumer protection networks. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family that have timeshare.

    We attended a seminar with this firm in Scranton, PA. We learned a lot about time shares and time share law. After many attempts with our timeshare resort to terminate our ownership we hadn’t had any success. Our representative with consumer protection networks, Patrick, was able to help us find a way to get out of our timeshare contract. They have been in regular contact with us and our file is currently in their release department. So far our experience with them has been very good. I will post an update when our contract is terminated.

    We entered into a contract with CPN and shortly afterwards some health issues came up, and we were unable to go forward with the contract. We contacted the CPN and talked to them about cancelling the contract and since we hadn't done anything further than signing the contract -- they agreed to cancel the contract and credit back our down payment. We would like to thank Dean ****** for his help and understanding with our situation.

    I’ve been trying to get rid of my timeshare for some time without luck. I ended up meeting with CPN and decided to go ahead and give them a chance. I met with them at the end of July and received my release in the mail today. I’m very relieved that I won’t have to pay the upcoming maintenance fee bill.

    In January of 2023 my wife and I enlisted the services the Consumer Protection Network LLC by eventually giving them a total fee of $19,041.00. Their representatives advised us to stop making our time share mortgage payments and that our timeshare company contract was one of the harder to cancel; we were told that the cancellation could take up to 18 months. After 20 months the timeshare has not been cancelled; the timeshare company was about to foreclose, plus my credit score has taken almost a 200-point hit. We have called many times and Consumer Protection does not return our calls. Due to a lack of their support, we think they owe us some of the $19,041.00 back for failure to complete our contract. Actually, our giving on this review one star rating is one star too many. We would NEVER RECCOMMEND THIS COMPANY, if asked our opinion. As far as we are concerned, this Company is a SCAM!! When we send an email, we receive any automated response stating that it is being forwarded to our representative. This company is NOT very transparent, and the never kept us up to date on how our proceeding are going or how they are being handled. Lastly, most of the telephone numbers we were supplied in January 2023 are no longer in service. So, the Latin phrase of "CAVEAT EMPTOR" should be taken seriously when dealing with Consumer Protection Networks LLC.

    We apologize if you felt unsupported during this process. When you enrolled in our program in January 2023, we informed you that certain timeshare contracts, including yours, could take up to 18 months to resolve due to their complexity. We strive to keep clients updated throughout the process, and we regret that our communication did not meet your expectations.

    Upon reviewing your account, our Release Department confirmed speaking with you on October 30, 2024, when you informed us that you had resolved your timeshare ownership directly with Westgate. Specifically, you downsized your ownership from a 5-bedroom to a 2-bedroom property. As this resolution was handled independently and outside of our process, it concluded your timeshare situation.

    Regarding your concerns about communication:

    Phone Number: Our primary contact number, ************* has remained unchanged and is fully operational. We are sorry if there was any confusion or difficulty in reaching us.

    Emails: While our system sends automated replies to confirm receipt of emails, we aim to provide timely follow-ups. If you did not receive the level of support you expected, we sincerely apologize and are taking steps to improve.

    We are also aware of the impact the situation has had on your credit score. While we understand how distressing this can be, we want to clarify that any recommendation to stop mortgage payments includes a clear explanation of potential risks. If any miscommunication occurred in this regard, we will review it further.

    We value your feedback and are open to discussing a resolution, including your request for a partial refund. Please feel free to contact us directly at ************ ** *** ***** ** ********************************************* so we can review your concerns in greater detail and work toward a fair resolution.

    Super happy and please with the pace consumer protection has had with the proses, not much to do other then send in the documents they need and then a few months later I received all my releses from my timeshares and thank the lord we are done. Thank you to consumer protection and all its staff that got us to the finishline.

    When the maintenance fees grew to over $5,000 and our children told us they could not afford the fees my wife and decided to find an exit strategy for our timeshare points. We were contacted by CPN and agreed to meet them. We attended a short meeting and after careful review of all the facts we decided to move forward. The process is not complete but I would like to share that I am confident it soon will be. I must mention that Mr. Dean Demary, my POC with CPN, has remained in close contact with us throughout the process so far. He is outstanding! His attention to detail and willingness to answer any questions has made us very comfortable. We are now in what I call the second phase of the process. CPN used a release department. Vacation Property Fulfillment Group (VFPG). CPN (Mr. Demary) remains in touch with me to ensure a smooth transition. I will provide additional updates throughout the process. We are very satisfied up to this point in the process and look forward to completion. CPN is blessed to have Mr Demary. He is a professional in mind, spirit, and performance.
