I ordered two items on September 9th which was confirmed by email. I paid $141.90 for the two items by credit card. I emailed them x4 and have not received an answer on where my order is nor and response to my emails at all. I would like to know if I will be receiving my order and if not I want my money returned. I spent over $400 in September for my December wedding. The company was supposed to reach out and send pictures of all the flowers so I could change things if I wanted to. I've never heard anything from them at all. I sent an email which I got no response, and now the website is completely down and says, "under construction." Now my wedding is in a month and I have no flowers.Initial Complaint

On April 4, 2022 I placed an order with Southern Blooms ** for a custom bridal bouquet. I followed up with them multiple times (which I can provide email and phone record proof for) and was told that everything was contract with my order and that I would receive my order soon and well before my wedding date. As the months went on, I continued to follow up with the company, they even sent me a photo of my custom order so that I would approve it to be sent out. I approved the picture of my order on August 8th, 2022. My order was never shipped out and I was never given any kind of refund. Weeks after giving my confirmation and receiving a confirmation email, I got an email from the company stating that they are going out of business. I would like a full refund for my order. I made 3 purchases 2 of them have not been fulfilled. The first one was on November 23, 2019 for $308.32 order #S1968 the second (this one was fulfilled) on November 28 2019 for $10.98 order #S2099 and on July 5, 2022 for $51.57 order #S36659. I was in contact with southern blooms by email on September 6, 2022 they stated the order S36659 would ship out on September 20, 2022 and I would receive it in 3 days. I have not gotten that order or recieved tracking for it. And that I would receive order S1968 by November 25 2022 at the absolute latest.Initial Complaint

On 6/29/2022 I placed an order for a Sweet Summer ****** Planter. Product and shipping totaled ******. Did receive an email confirming my order, but nothing else until today when I received an email stating that they were in the process of filing bankruptcy. I placed an order in early February. My order number is SXXXXX and my order was well over $300. The company states that their turn around time can take up to 4 months, which I was prepared for. It is now nearly October and this company can't keep their story straight. After calling and emailing several times I finally received and email stating that my items were complete and would ship the next week. It has now been over a month and I have not received the item or a shipping notification. When I reach out to the company my emails get no response and their voicemail has been full for weeks. At this point I would just like the items I paid for so that I can never have to deal with this company again.Initial Complaint

On May 21, 2022 I ordered $881 of flowers from them for an October 2022 wedding. They stated their shipping time would be 9 - 12 weeks. It is now almost 18 weeks and we have not received our flowers. We have reached out to them several times with the majority of those going unanswered. When they did reply they told me my flowers would ship no later than Sept 15. It is now Sept 19 and I do not have the proof they promised and obviously not the flowers either. This company should not be allowed to accept money from anyone else as they are scamming people out of money.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with the company on November 26, 2021. My wedding was 10 months away on October 1, 2022 so I figured with their advertised 9-12 week processing time I would have plenty of time to get my flowers in. I waited until June 2022 to first follow up with them as I had received no communication about my order. I was given the canned, we have a 9-12 week processing time etc. At that point it was 26 weeks past order. I finally received my proof at the end of July and thought okay it will ship out in a couple weeks max. Well a month later I finally started asking questions as to why I had not received my order yet and finally got someone to respond to me that it would be shipped out in a week. Week comes and goes and no order. I finally told them if I did not receive shipping information I would contact my lawyer and magically my order was shipped out. Upon arrival I unboxed and noticed I was missing 3 boutonierres from the order, only 1 was included. When I reached out they told me they would ship them out on Monday (9/12) and I have still not gotten any information and no responses back when I try to contact them via ******** or their website (the only two ways I had gotten a response earlier). This company lies to it's customers on a regular basis and changes/holds orders without contacting the customer first to see if that is what they want. My order was stated to be completed when my proof was sent out to me but that also seems like a lie. If completed, why not ship it out? I either need my money back for the missing items or them to be shipped out and gotten to me before October 1st.Initial Complaint

I ordered a wooden carving of flowers on May 6 of this year 2022 and they have repeatedly lied about sending this out...as of today they have still not been received. They told me I can't cancel the order. I have contacted my bank to credit my account with the funds and now they have said it has been sent. But I checked with *** and they have contacted me to say they only set up a label...yesterday they say it was sent. I no longer want this product. I will return it if it is dropped off while no one is home. They have continued to lie about this.Business response

You placed a custom order with our company, and as stated on our website our processing time is 9-12 weeks. It also states that our processing time is subject to change based on the volume of sales. However, your order was shipped as stated. Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2022/08/31) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) this was not a custom order it was on their website not listed as custom. I emailed and was told I had to wait and emailed again after the date they said it would be shipped. they said it was shipped out and sent the *** tracking number when I tried to track it the *** website said a label was printed but the package had not been dropped off. I contacted my credit card co and asked to have the charge removed. It finally arrived and has been shipped back (no where on their website says no returns...done with them!
